Sehr schönes Hotel das gut gelegen ist für Wanderungen und Ausflüge in die Umgebung

Sehr gutes frühstück in sehr schönem Restaurant mit blick auf den Rhein.

Die Sauna hat keinen Ruheraum im Gebäude. Der Aussenbereich ist schön aber sehr gut einsehbar. Bei Regen oder kälte gibt es nur vier Liegen im Hallenbad.

眺めが最高に良かった

ライン川を一望できる立地が最高お城なので雰囲気がよいライン川を眺めながらの朝食がとてもおいしかった。

2階に行くエレベーターがなくスーツケースも自分で運ばなくてはならなくスタッフの助けが全くなかった。アメニティーも全く揃っていない。

Tolle Atmosphäre in grandioser Lage. Daumen hoch 👍

Das Schloss Rheinfels hat einen atemberaubend Blick auf das Mittelrheintal. Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen und das Restaurant hat uns bei einem tollen Ausblick auf den Rhein köstlich verwöhnt.

Tolle Lage. Eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Rhein. Wunderschönes Gesamt Ambiente im kompletten Burg, Restaurant und Wellness Bereich. Der gesamte Wellness Bereich mit Außensauna und Schwimmbecken wirken sehr edel und mittelalterlich rustikal zugleich. Das Frühstück findet ebenfalls im Hauptrestaurant statt mit ebenfalls schöner Aussicht auf den Rhein und sehr guten und hochwertigen Produkten. Das Hauptrestaurant ist auch sehr zu empfehlen, aufgrund der gehobenen und sehr wohlschmeckenden Gastronomie. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Gesamtpaket, das man uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen kann.

Traum am Rhein

Das Personal äußert freundlich und zuvorkommend. Service ist perfekt, Zimmer und alle Austattungen sind rundum sehr gelungen und dazu Beste Atmosphäre. Wir hatten ein außergewöhnliches Aufenthaltserlebnis und würden jederzeit wieder gerne zu Gast sein.

Schade daß das Obstangebot zum Frühstück etwas sehr sparsam war.

Es war wunderbar, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Die Aussicht vom Zimmer auf den Rhein, die Betten waren sehr gut,das Frühstück mit Blick auf den Rhein phantastisch! Die Flasche Wasser zur Begrüßung war sehr gut!

Das Waschbecken hatte einige defekte Stellen, die Wände der Dusche haben sich vorne nicht komplett dicht schließen lassen.

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

Das Zimmer mit Rheinblick war sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Rundumblick über den Fluss und das "Welterbe" sind grandios. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichlich und Sonderwünsche kein Problem.

Der Weg über den Parkplatz der Villa zum Wellnessbereich war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Der Wellnessbereich OK.

Alles in allem hervorragend. Für einen Kurzurlaub zu empfehlen.

Das Frühstück bot alles und die Aussicht war hervorragend. Das Zimmer hatte einen Balkon und man konnte den Rhein richtig genießen. Kann man sehr gut weiterempfehlen wenn man etwas besonderes möchte.

Memorable stay in a beautiful castle hotel

Great location right next to the castle. Nice indoor swimming pool. The restaurant was good and had beautiful views.

Fantastic location and great food, bedroom not so special but very clean.

Location was stunning overlooking the Rhine and next to the castle, which is worth the admission price for a visit. An evening meal and breakfast were superb.

The bedroom was fine but relatively ordinary compared to the restaurant and rest of the hotel. The one issue we had was it was a hot and uncomfortable night’s sleep because a plastic underlay was used on the mattress. We did comment on this at reception but was told this was necessary for hygiene. It hasn’t been the case in other hotels we’ve stayed in.

The views are amazing,the hotel is really cozy and the wellness area is perfect.

If you drive there with a bicycle be sure to be prepared for a very steep road to the hotel.

Overall an excellent stay but bathroom needs to be updated.

View from room is fantastic. Staff very friendly and professional. Superb breakfast. Excellent dinner with fine wine. Comfortable bed and room refreshed daily.

Shower over bath not good these days. Should have separate walk-in shower in a room costing as much as this. Climbing into the bath for someone with a spine problem is not good. Bath was slippery and no anti-slip mat provided.

Marvelous hotel for a splurge on yourself, even when your solo.

The location is superb because it’s very convenient by all modes of transporting and you need a car to enjoy the area. Breakfast is exceptional with a multitude of choices. Staff is 5-star from storing my luggage after I checked out to coordinating laundry on short notice, and sending my luggage by taxi to the train station. True examples of the best in customer service.

The villas have thin walls and it can be noisy. I think the guests above me were a small herd of ponies!

This hotel had the most fantastic view of the river and town below.

The hotel is very beautiful. We were in the new addition with a balcony and a wonderful view of the river. We did not use the spa area or the pool but I did take a look at the area and it was very nice. We saw lots of other guests using the area. Food in the restaurant was exceptional. The view from the restaurant windows was amazing. Food is the Bistro Cafe was also very good. We arrived just 5 minutes before the kitchen closed, but they were very nice.

While the main restaurant was open later, the kitchen at the Bistro Cafe closed at 6 pm. We arrived at 5:55 and it was no problem getting our food. Parking was tight but adequate

If you like castle hotel, this is it.

The hotel's location and scenery is awesome. My daughter wanted to stay in a castle hotel and this property is exactly what she was looking for. The breakfast at the hotel was wonderful and the restaurant staffs were great. Even we didn't make a reservation for dinner, the staff suggested to me and my wife that we can have a drink in the restaurant and enjoy the view if we like. We took her suggestion and enjoyed a couple glass of local white wine looking out the beauty of the area. It was wonderful and highlight of our 2 weeks trip in the Germany area.
