Locația hotelului
Este a patra oara când venim la acest hotel însă nici în pandemie mâncarea nu a fost asa puțin divesificata.
Aceleași feluri puține toate cu ouă dimineața și seara 2-3 feluri și fără supa
Atâta s-a putut

Pool. Parrots. Childrens club. The food.
The taxi fares to and from the hotel.

Very good restaurant, good location
Old bathrooms, almost decent cleaning (smells good and it seems clean, but it’s not), small rooms for 4 stars rating

Okeiut per total...
7.0
Coziness of the staff, decent tasty food,
Not clean as expected keeping in mind that we have a 7 months little girl, the room is so small for a family with a small children, old furniture, bathroom also not clean as expected, over rated for the money we spent. Not even close to a 4 star hotel.
5.0
Very good location, close to the beach. The staff is nice and helpful.
The poor quality furniture is old, with missing handles. The facilities in the bathroom are also old, full of rust and limestone. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel.
6.0
The staff was very nice, very young, it looked like they were going through their summer practice at the hotel. The food was really good, we ate only at the hotel(breakfast, lunch and dinner).
The room was clean, but it looked like nobody had stayed in it for a while.
Although it is a 4-star hotel, some of the amenities are very old and dated, especially the bathrooms. You can tell the cleaning staff does their best to keep everything clean, but you can’t clean rusty faucets, chipped paint, or old balcony furniture.
All the bathrooms need a little update if you want to maintain a 4-star rating.

The food
7.0
I can easily give 5 stars to the food served at their restaurant and their staff (from the restaurant personnel, the cleaning crew, kids
entertainment staff, reception). The location is also great, very close to the beach. The pools were clean.
I am not a fan of the rooms, too small for all the furniture they try shoving in there. The bathrooms need improvements: they have bathroom ventilator, but don't work, shower faucet was glued with silicone and didn't work properly, a bad smell emanated from the sewer. Every time I opened the door from the entrance to the room, it hit the tiles...so there is work to be done there!
9.0
Near the beach, great staff, facilities, really good food.
The rooms are a little shabby for a 4* hotel, but maybe this will change in the near future. Who would accept mold on the room's ceiling? :)

We felt as at home.
The restaurant team worked well, being skilfully led by Mr. Dan.
The rooms are spacious and allow the addition of an extra bed.
It can be noticed that in reality the hotel looks better than in the pictures.
There are details that the hotel management knows and makes an effort to fix.
10.0
the int. pool, the SPA, the food
3.0
It is very close to the beach. Short of being beachside, this is almost the beat you can get in Olimp regarding beach proximity. Few properties have a better location.
It has a relaxing vibe about it, can't explain why.
It's a decrepit hotel in dire need of renovation. Everything is of bad quality and is falling apart. Furnishings are far from 4 star quality. The rooms smell of mold and everything is wet from the moisture. Shower was leaking all over the bathroom. Rooms are not properly cleaned. Walking around the room for a few minutes, just after check in, turned my white socks black. Toiletries are extremely low quality, not even taking into account that this is a spa hotel. Cleaning staff is very noisy making it very hard for a child to sleep in the afternoon. Bar and restaurant staff are mostly inexperienced or with no experience at all. This does not get better with time as they change every year. I don't think they have more than a handful of long term employees. Food is acceptable but way too salty and breakfast is the same every single day. Bar prices are outdated in the menu and you actually pay other prices. Quality of drinks at the pool bar varies wildly depending on the bartender. We once got an Aperol spritz that was orange juice and maybe some Aperol, and a Mai Tai with Cola... The same goes for spa prices, which are different in the in-room menu, in the reception menu, and at the actual spa.
This is by no means a 4 star hotel.

The food is good, and quite diverse. We enjoyed the fish and oysters in the menu. The wines was good too.
The proximity from the beach.
Free parking at the location.
Could've been cleaner, much more cleaner. Including removing spider webs from under the beds, wiping the mold from ac vents and mopping the floor daily with reasonably clean water and a cleaning agent.
Like the bathrooms in C wing, those in A wing also need refurbishment. A plus is the replacement of old, rusty trash bins in the bathrooms.
Pillows are awful and the mattresses in some rooms are as comfortable as a wooden floor.
All in all, almost nothing changed from last year - except the doorlock sistem 👍
Some of the restaurant staff are new and inexperienced, sometimes they seem lost in space.
The juice machines are not what they supposed to be. It jams very often, and the drinks quality is mediocre.
5.0
Pool available, a lot of green.
small room, questionable noise insulation, no WC smell remover, poor finishing details in bathroom, some ingredients at breakfast were there for days
