Très bien

L hotel était très bien, très bon petit déjeuner, belle piscine extérieur que nous avons pu utiliser. Le personnel très sympatique. L espace spa au top, agréable et le personnel du spa, soins très accueillantes.

Juste les oreillers beaucoup trop mous.

grande chambre avec un balcon donnant sur la pinède, lit très confortables et choix d'oreiller. Douche super. bon petit déjeuner avec pas mal de choix salé et sucré; le restaurant est bien aussi malgré un peu trop d'attente pour la commande

les couloirs et les portes de communication ont un peu vécus et mériteraient d'être repeints

Yes the room was amazing . Up with the tree tops. No light pollution no traffic noise. Really liked the pool.

Location ok and quiet, nice swimming pool, clean rooms and rather spacious.

A few plastic bottles and garbage next to the groundfloor terraces. Needs more careful cleaning.

Very nice location , big pool.

Hotel rather 3* than 4. First 2 days breakfast choice would be empty by 9:00 and tables will remain with dirty plates. Tho it improved as from day 3. We found it strange that pool towels will be given to you once for the whole stay , otherwise you have to pay 2 € per towel for changing it. And it doesn’t matter if you stay for a day or a week. One of our rooms had broken airco.

Disappointing

The rooms and the property were as described

On arrival we were advised there was a charge for parking We advised that we had not been previously advised and there was no reference to an additional charge at the time of booking. We were referred to a message that was sent to us in English which advised that the local tax had increased, but no reference to any additional charge for parking, Below there was a message in French regarding the parking and we were advised that the matter would be referred to the manager in the morning. On check out the manager on duty was quite hostile and advised that the parking was at an additional cost as advised in French and if you didn’t speak French then that was your issue and not the hotels. For this reason an$ this reason alone I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great value for money when stopping over during a road trip

Great value for money. Recently renovated rooms, big beds, parking onsite, pretty nice pool area.

profoundly disappointing-could have been so much better given the location

country club layout and what looks to be a good golf course.

the staff were rude and unhelpful. despite asking for a table for dinner we were told , on arrival, that the restaurant was fully booked. we were not offered a room service option just told we could get a pizza at the entrance. through our own research we found a great restaurant just a short walk away . the bar staff were just plain rude and ignored me whilst they cleared up bottles. as for breakfast it was unappetising and again the staff were hopeless. as an overall assessment it appeared that there was a lack of front office management.

The Hotel is located in a peaceful area, we liked a lot the warm pool, the breakfast and our room.

Fake Nespresso coffee in the room (real Nespresso capsule would have been more appreciated at this level of hotel), our Teapot was broken and has not been changed with a new one.

The location is amazing, quiet, peaceful and beautiful sights close by. I was traveling with my dog and the room given was perfect as it had direct access to the back garden for the daily walks.

The only issue I had was with the Wi Fi connection, it was not possible to use it at all.

Good hotel to relax for a few days

Extremely friendly staff at the reception desk and the restaurant. very comfortable beds and pillows and big bathroom. The air conditioner system in the room is one of the best I have ever seen.

Attention to cleaning could’ve been better. It was OK but not at the level of the other aspects of our stay. It seemed like they were understaffed.

very easy check in. The night receptionist was really helpful. Very pleasant room, clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfy and large... also hotel was very quiet no noise and was very appreciated. .

the electric car charging point was not easy to use so had to charge with the domestic plug which takes longer.
