Tolles Hotel in Bahnhofsnähe

Die Mitarbeiter:innen waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer wurde uns sogar viel früher zur Verfügung gestellt und das ohne Nachfragen. Sehr aufmerksamer Service.

Top Lage, solides Hotel zu gutem Preis, freundlicher und schneller Service

Zentrale Lage, sehr freundliche Kommunikation und unkomplizierter Check-in bei Anreise am späten Abend (über eine Schlüsselbox). Großzügiges Zimmer, bequemes Bett, Balkon, Bad einfach und etwas eng, aber alles da, was man braucht. Frühstück habe ich nicht in Anspruch genommen. Die Einrichtung ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es war alles sauber und ordentlich, und mein Zimmer lag nach hinten raus und war sehr ruhig.

Ein kurzer Hinweis, dass die Zimmernummern anders als üblich oben (im obersten Stock) mit kleinen Zahlen beginnen - bzw. ein Hinweis zu den Zimmernummern und Stockwerken im Treppenhaus, denn ich hatte zunächst Schwierigkeiten beim Self-Check-In mein Zimmer zu finden (da ich irrtümlich annahm, dass die Zahlen von unten nach oben steigen).

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Nahe vom Zentrum und Bahnhof! D.h. alle Sehenswürdigkeiten von Münster konnten zu Fuß erreicht werden!

The service

The room didn't have air conditioning and when we had to keep the window open for cool air, because of the busy street outside, it became very noisy. This really made the stay uncomfortable.

Lovely overnight stay!

Close to a public carpark and easy to find. Reception was closed when we arrived. We received a message explaining exactly how we could retrieve our key, so that was really good. A lovely bright room, very spacious with patio doors.that opened out so you can see the park. The room was exceptionally clean with a mini bar and a few snacks available. A kettle would have been a nice touch.

Carpet is never a good idea in a hotel!

The location was very good close to town and rail. Room very nice but an older type shower which was hard to get in it was quite noisy at night they let us leave our bags the first day which was good

Some street noise at night but on Saturday when we left they said they closed reception at one so we could not leave our bags after that. I don't know what they did after that if you came to hotel

Short stay for work

Excellent position for tourism and work travels (short stay). Very nice breakfast. Large room, always cleaned.

The room is really clean and the staff are friendly. The location is convenient and nearby the train station.

The room faces the main street. Even when the windows are closed, you still hear loud noise/music from drunk/party people all night (until 5 am).

Very friendly staff. Bakery just opposite the building for everyone who needs a cup of coffee prior to 7:30 am. Close to the main station without being directly at the tracks.

Very noisy during the night, poor isolation of the windows. For "party people" probably not an issue for work travel rather not suitable. Rather late breakfast times (7:30am onwards). Blinds could only be closed on one window.

Overpriced and outdated

The location was very convenient. Walking distance from the train station and close to the city center. However those are the only positives.

For the price charged, the service was lacking. Despite asking to change booking within a timeframe, it was blocked in the hotel, hence I had to rebook. Nobody answers the phone and when they do, they seem to be overwhelmed. The rooms and amenities are very dated. No A/C unit and one can't open the windows as the street below is busy at night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Gorgeous view and location….but!….

Location is Excellent! We were on the 6th floor and the view was spectacular! The amount of windows great!!! The fact that all rooms were “no smoking” and “NO PETS” was great! Due to allergies and problems with insect bites. However, the shower will not drain the water well and the noise of homeless or people yelling outside can’t let you sleep. Too loud!!!… really, it is not the fault of the Hotel, But they should call the police, or complaint to the City Mayor, etc etc… It is very unfair to businesses that loud noise.

Again… the noise, the yelling of young people, homeless, 3 and 4 am!!! Again, I think the Hotel should complain to the City and authority, they should control these people, they are hurting businesses. The fact that there was no bidet, the fact that the shower will not drain the water properly. The fact that there was no elevator to the 6th floor. Only to the 5th, then you have to use the stairs.

Quite run down for the amount you pay, and not very clean (we found a dirty sock left in the room!)

Reasonable value for money in a central location but a few things could be improved on.

Location was very near the rail station.

The mattress on the bed was of poor quality being only foam and exceptionally light which meant it moved every time I did during the night and was hanging off the bed in the morning. There was only a limited amount of hot water and while showering, it ran out. I had to rinse my shampooed hair in freezing cold water and was without hot water until the boiler tank in the bathroom had reheated. I was in a double room alone - if there had been two of us there wouldn't have been enough hot water for both of us to shower. The fridge in the room hadn't been checked and there were empty wine bottles in it but the hotel were good and excepted that I hadn't drunk the wine.
