Kurzer, sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Das Zimmer war gross, das Bett bzw. Die Matraze sehr angenehm. Der Service extrem flexibel und zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit!

Das Bett

Unfreundlicher Herr an der Rezeption, man fühlte sich nicht willkommen. Anstatt Minibar ein verdreckter Schrank. Das Zimmer zur Straße und sehr laut.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit super freundlichem Personal

Schönes kleines und sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit einer wunderschönen Gartenanlage. Tolles Frühstück und wahnsinnig nettes Personal. Sehr ruhige Lage. Hotel hat eigene Parkplätze und eine eigene Tiefgarage - top. Wir kommen wieder.

Disappointing

The car park was secure, but expensive.

No way is this four star. WiFi very intermittent, noisy air conditioning (same in all rooms apparently) - noise late at night from bar with windows open and a mini fridge which they won't switch on.

Good and clean hotel with good location. During stay at hotel was very quiet and comfortable.

Internet connection was unable almost all week. Wifi net have at hotel, but was no possible to connect the router, only some time of day sadenly for 3 min telephones was connected to network and load news(((. From hotel personal was not provided assistance for above problem!

Spacious room with good breakfast.

The bathroom was very spacious. I'm used to hotel rooms having really cramped bathrooms so this was particularly nice. The breakfast buffet was very good.

I have no major complaints, but they could make some minor improvements like improving the stability of the wifi and providing fluffier towels.

Use this hotel when visiting relatives nearby. Otherwise the location is not good for city visit

The location and the Austro-Bavarian family style of the hotel. The hotel is located in a green environment on 5 minutes from a bus station that connects you directly to the Alt-Mariendorf U-bahn terminus.

The fact that payment happened afterwards, while I thought it had already happened in advance.

Clean and generally comfortable. Would stay again.

Breakfast buffet.

En suite bathroom. Safety handrail over the bath is loose and has been moved in the past. Soap container over the bath is very low down and poor to access. In general the bathroom is a bit tired and worth an uplift - especially being in a Superior room. Mattress was a bit firm for my personal liking - but that is an individual issue. Some road noise (Room 105) if the window is open. Closed it is fine.
