The staff were amazing, they made us feel very welcome and were very attentive- special shoutout to ladies at breakfast. The rooms have all that you need, the cleaning ladies cleaned our room every day and the towels were also changed daily. The pool is out of this world, simply amazing. When we arrived on the first night very late, they were so nice and made us cold plate of meats, cheese and fruits. We recommend this hotel to everyone!

nice and friendly staff, good breakfast, nice property. did not use the pool because the weather wasn’t at par.
the lack of amenities in the room. Even though everything was listed, No Kleenex???
Large living room with no proper furniture, no couch. it’s like it’s unfurnished, cold …unlike the lounge area was very confortable, artistic and warm. We don’t get it.

old world charm, staff, fantastic value evening meal, and drinks.
the location is very poor and off-putting. there is nothing close to the hotel

Don't be fooled by the pictures online, they do not represent the reality..
The vermentino during diner was nice.
The rest was very disappointing.. absolutely not a 4-star hotel..
Pretty dismal, where to start... The bottom of the pool had green clouds of algen(?) which are not cleaned by the vacuum cleaner they have. The terras has cracks in the floor, the dinner is very expensive (over priced), cold what should be warm and all in all just not good. As this hotel has the only decent restaurant in this little town you are more or less condemned to it. The breakfast was appalling, definately not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Own drinks were not allowed on the premises, nor in the room, meaning that a refrigerator or even a table where you can sit and drink a coffee in your own appartment was missing. In some way this is understandable, what's not understandable is that the bar is closed in the morning and early evening. A drink, even a bottle of water can not be consumed after breakfast until early afternoon. Don't be fooled by the pictures, they do not represent the reality.
Staff is mostly friendly..

The hotel and its garden is amazing. It is a paradise to calm down and relax. Everything looks beautiful!
It is far outside and you need a car to get there. Guspini isn‘t very nice and not really „touristic“.

- The rooms are big and the area is calm.
- There is a nice pool.
- There is a Lidl discount store next to the hotel so you can buy what's missing.
- The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, in a sad mining town. Getting to a beach needs a 2 hours car ride.
- For the same price other hotels offer entertainment, kids club, all inclusive meals and a decent restaurant. You won't find any of these here.
- The food is taken from the Lidl next door with very little preparation. Breakfast food frequently finished. The dinner restaurant only has plastic glasses.
- They have these signs in the hotel: "severely prohibited to bring outside food and drinks". Instead of trying to force people to eat in the hotel restaurant, they should just offer better service.
- The room smells like mold and this is a problem for allergies. Cleaning ladies don't have vacuums but use brooms.

The big swimming pool is the highlight of the hotel. Also the staff was quite friendly and we felt welcome. The hotel room is clean and has a very safe entrance with encrypted access cards.
We've found a moth in the chocolate flakes at breakfast... not so nice.
More vegan options like vegetables would have been nice. But soy milk was available on request.
We had to park our e-bikes outside as there were no rooms or stands for them.

Very nice hotel ground with spacious meadows, a nice pool area, comfortingly big rooms, modern marble bathroom and a decent breakfast
The hotel is great for a stop-over! Guispini itself seemed less attractive for tourists, time to the nearest attractions and beaches is at least one hour driving.

This hotel is like a good friend, always there and consistent. Such a lovely stylish Sardinian hotel with local friendly staff.
Shame the main restaurant was closed due to the end of season but understandable.

Nice spatious clean rooms, very large swimmingpool.
The food wasn’t good at all, bad quality, cold, we had to wait for 45 minutes to get the menu and a first drink. Very expensive as well.
It doesn’t fit the rest of the experience, which was very good.

Beatutiful hotel with a huge and well maintained garden. It has a beautiful pool with a bar and all the staff are friendly and helpful.
There could be more options for breakfast, like scrambled eggs, bacon, toasted bread

When we arrived we were a bit disappointed that the hotel entrance is next to the lidl and between the houses but once you enter the gate you arrive in an oasis of rest. The place is really beautiful with super friendly staff that is always available to help. The swimming pool and garden are magnificent and the rooms are really nice.
We went sailing in torregrande which was organised by the hotel.
The dunes of piscina are also a must vist. It is really a unique place, just as eating fish at Da Lucio in the old town of Marceddi.
You really need a car if you want to see some nice places in the area. You are in the wildest part of the coutry so there is not much to do close by.

The breakfast was very good.
The rooms were spacious.
They use a lot of high quality marble in everything
Swimming pool is very large with nice design
Walking routes e.g. to the swimming pool make no sense (massive detour). Many of the walking paths in and around the hotel were obstructed with plant growth so you have to go off the path and walk over the grass. The showers for the swimming pool were invisible behind plant growth obstructing the path. The showers itself were 4, of which 2 had no handles/levers hence could not be operated, and when I tried a third one, the handle came off. There were also no bathrooms at the swimming pool. I really don't understand how a hotel of this allure just not takes care of these basic things. The ceiling of some corridors in between buildings is also with gaps and rotten wood inside. Feels as if nobody cares and/or takes real care of the place. Easy to solve I would say with little investment and good management, but it is just not taken care off.

Beautiful pool area, a fantastic big room and very friendly staff.

The hotel is impressive, because of its architecture, the pool and the spacious outdoor facility. The rooms are clean and tidy. And if you have a sweet tongue, than the breakfast is just right for you. If that‘s all your looking for, than you are good to go!
Somehow there was an odd atmosphere. We figured this might be due to the almost sterile touch of the property or because the staff didn‘t give you this feeling of being welcome. The woman at the front desk even tried to make us think she‘d give us a room update - with the words „Here, this is a Deluxe Room.“ Off she was. But the room obviously was not a Deluxe Room. All she left were awkward feelings about this place. She didn’t explain us where the dining room, the pool or anything else was. At least we knew where to sleep. However we also met really friendly staff, like the woman at the pool bar - very lovely, or the gentleman, who brings coffee for breakfast.
