Prachtige styling
Beiden restaurants waren TOP
Omdat we met Booking.com geboekt hadden moesten we voor de strand bedden 55 euro betalen per dag !!!
Buiten proportioneel zeker omdat we in het naseizoen verbleven en het hele strand zo goed als leeg was
Onbegrijpelijk

very overpriced and loud accordingly you have sleepless nights. Daily weddings or similar celebrations. The sun beds and the umbrella you still pay separately 40 euros if you book through booking. The sea view from the room you can also forget because it has anyway a protective wall on the balcony so you see exactly nothing. Not experienced something so bad for a long time

Initially the hotel had a good feel about it when we entered, however this quickly changed after our first day,
The staff (with the exception of the manageress, the bar tender at the beach bar and the lady at the spa) all other staff were not very helpful. Whenever we asked for advice or assistance it felt like a burden for the young staff team. I’m not sure if the language barrier maybe played a part in it, but overall it’s not the level of customer service I would expect from a 4-star rated hotel. The men working on reception were especially rude and didn’t appear to even want to be there! We weren’t even asked if we enjoyed our meal (which we didn’t) or even if we enjoyed our stay when it came for us to check out. Basic hospitality = FAIL!

It is veeery stylish and modern. I loved the beach and the staff was very friendly.
The cost of 40$ per day at the beach is a little bit too much and the breakfasts are the same all the time. Also there is very poor soundproofing - we heard everything which happened in the other room.

The hotel is nicely appointed, located next to the beach, clearly they spent a lot on furnishing it
We had booked a room 'with balcony and patio'. There was no patio, and the balcony was the smallest one I have ever seen, too small to sit out, and no furniture anyway. Breakfast was OK, dinner OK if overpriced, lunch was a total ripoff and really poor quality. Staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. Overall, it was simply not worth the price - we have stayed in many much nicer hotels in Italy for much less expense. We will not be coming back or recommending it.

It is very nice , modern and cosy. The only thing that I didn’t like was the fact that booking the room with booking.com the price for the sun-beds and the umbrella is not included and it costs 40 euro for a day - so it is not convenient to book with booking.com….
There is a little selection of the menu in the restaurants… for me they should add some local dishes like pasta con le vongole, and some deserts like delizia al
limone, tiramisù classico e babà .

nothing
overcrowded with children, staff don’t speak English, it felt weird being there as if people saw a ghost (since we are not Italian or Europeans)

only the house keeping stuff was nice and do a good job
the pool was very dirty and the manager (orsola) was not responding to our complaints and her answers was not accepted at all
I am really disappointed and I didn’t expect that a hotel with high rating on booking will be like this

Everything was amazing , the room well maintained and looks new and really clean , it had everything we needed , from a Real hair dryer ( if you what I mean ) to chargers for our phones and laptops ( this is a Big plus if you come from the USA. the bar was great and the bar tender incredible , the view !!!! , we can wait to come back !!!
The pool was cold , but they had jacuzzis so that was a good thing !

We were not astonished by the resort but it was a sufficient place for relaxing holidays for not demanding customers. We did not enjoy the continental breakfast as we had more delicious food in our previous accommodations in Tuscany and in the north of Italy. The hotel was clean and the staff was nice but it lacked authenticity and was pretty average. Both nights there were wedding parties in a hotel restaurant in front of our room’s balcony that we were not informed about when making a reservation.

beach, food + drinks, personal, clean, relaxing
only negative, but significant : hotel is 50% event hotel - every day weddings with loud music from lunch till midnight.

the room 129 located down the professional kitchen from the hotel, the noise from the kitchen you can hear with closed windows trough walls. the room has door to next room, the door isolation material as very poor, we were lucky that the guest was quite, anything he did in the room we heard I guess the same was for him.
otherwise the hotel was nice and stylish! very luxury beach, it could be much better stay..

Everything was good, the service is the top! And the style is awesome!
You can hear everything from the room next yours because there’s a door that separates the 2 rooms

the beach is awesome, the room is contemporary and very clean, the decor is beautiful, the beach bar and the restaurant are fantastic & the AC works
one of the staff member was rude to a guest of mine, but most of the staff were very friendly from the bar to the housekeeping to the other reception people

Food in de restaurant was good and their staff was very friendly. The fitness area and parking service was also a plus.
There were multiple things. We payed a lot of money for the suite and were surprised that we also had to pay 25eur for each day we wanted an umbrella on the beach. The sheets in our room had some stains and weren't replaced. We also had a suite with ocean view, but the ocean is behind the area of the hotel where they organize weddings. Of course there were weddings both nights we stayed in the hotel. These gave a lot of noice and the first night we were both rudely awoken around 2h by a lot of fireworks. This isn't relaxing at all!
Most people of the staff were unfriendly and didn't even talk when they delivered food or drinks. The bar had around 5 young men who apparently were bored because they didn't have enough work. There were moments that they were playing their own music on top of the hotel music and they were also looking and laughing a lot at the passing women. My wife found it very uncomfortable.
Last remark, the eggs at the breakfast were cold.
We had a bad experience here and let's hope this hotel learns from their mistakes!
