Great hotel! very authentic highly recommended

After browsing through photos and guest reviews, I had a feeling I’d enjoy this place, but I didn’t expect to fall in love with it the way I did. If I could, I’d rate it 11 out of 10! The ambiance, the food, the room, and the location were all fantastic, but what truly makes this place stand out is the staff. Their hospitality is on another level. It really made the whole experience exceptional.

Beautiful place in the best location!

I had the most amazing night at this place! I wish I could have stayed longer because it was absolutely stunning. They even welcomed me with freshly baked cookies and tea. The rooms were exquisitely decorated and so cozy—I never wanted to leave!

Excelente! Me sentía en casa en todo momento! Felicidades!!

Todo!, muy atentos, el hotel y las habitaciones excelentes, cuidando todos los detalles! La atención personal del dueño se nota, pues está al pendiente de todos los huéspedes y de sus necesidades.

Tan solo que es un poco difícil llegar por las calles pequeñas, pero el taxi llegó muy bien.

A nice villa run by a family

It was a family run establishment, quite cosy and comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of options. The garden had beautiful flowers blooming and oranges too. They even had community tea time in the afternoons when everyone staying at the villa came together.

Brilliant hotel, great location, facilities, staff and breakfast

The property was excellent, the host greeted us after a very hot journey from Samos. He had upgraded our room and had precooked the room with AC.

Peace and tranquillity in a great city

Gorgeous old hotel in immaculate condition. Beautiful gardens and lots of places to enjoy a book. Wonderful breakfast. So peaceful.

That we could only stay one night. We would have loved a few days.

It's a paradise !

This cozy place should be kept secret - it's a real paradise. A wonderful place of calm and peace in a lively neighbourhood, where you can completely relax. The staff is so very friendly, you will want for nothing.

The place is just perfect. Nothing to complain.

Fabulous

Location was great. Staff went out of their way to assist us and make recommendations. Breakfast was lovely. Our room with a sitting area overlooking the pool was huge and had great lighting! We only stayed 4 days and wished we could have stayed longer. It is a perfect property for a long stay.

This is a home which has been expanded into a boutique hotel. So a little haphazard but charming. Those looking for a hotel should look elsewhere.

Without a doubtThe manager was a perfect host welcoming and happy to make us comfortable in all our needs. Afternoon tea and cake was a bonus. Excellent breakfast. I would rate this hotel as a 5 🌟.

Great place for relaxation

While Kuşadası is a noisy resort with lots of parties, this hotel is in a quiet area in the older part of the town. It is also very central nevertheless - excellent location. The breakfast was great, and there is also afternoon tea at 5pm included in the room rate. The hosts were kind, welcoming and helpful all through our stay. The pool is a clear bonus in this hotel. The style is quite cosy and comfy, and it was an excellent place for relaxation with its garden, trees, hammock, pool and lots of seating areas. Would definitely go back.

The internet connection can be unreliable, however, for most of our stay, it was still okay. We would have enjoyed dimmer lighting in the room with regards to the night lamps.

great hotel, ideal location, fantastic hotel facilities.

garden was beautiful, afternoon 5pm high tea where guests would gather and fellow travelers could share their stories, lovely chill areas where one could relax, swim or read. staff was engaging. bedroom and bathroom was clean, lacked nothing and just the right size

the room is designed as a twin beds.. so when ind books as a double, they place the 2 beds together, which does not work at all, at the beds were different heights and no queen/king mattress topper to make it one bed. perhaps you need to think about it.

Lovely Hotel very close to centre of town

Beautiful old style hotel very close main part of old town, cruise terminal and eating and shops. Lovely area But very steep street to get back to the hotel

Cosy garden, serene atmopshere

The breakfast was rich with pastry and fruit options. The hotel's terrace and garden were really peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed spending time in the pool together with my family. Hotel is very clean and they are taking solid precautions against coronavirus.

We had problems with air conditioning.

An oasis in Kusadasi

This is not a conventional hotel & is better for it. There is an air of informality & friendliness which fits together with efficient organisation & helpfulness. Our room was very comfortable & spacious. Outside there is seating in the garden amongst fruit trees as well as other seating areas in shady places. Location is perfect being 5 minutes walk from the pedestrianised part of town with shops & eating places.
