Mal inicio de vacaciones

El desayuno fue normal

Tuvimos que esperar 1 hora a que nos dieran la habitación, el aire acondicionado iba bastante flojo y por la noche, cuando llegamos a dormir no pudimos abrir la habitación, tuvimos que esperar una hora en la calle (dentro hacía un calor insoportable) y al final tuvimos que dormir en otra habitación pero todas nuestras cosas estaban en la otra. Por fin a las 9 de la mañana pudimos recuperar nuestras cosas y ya nos fuimos

C'est vraiment un établissement exceptionnel. C'est de loin celui qui me correspond le mieux de tous ceux où j'ai séjourné avec votre organisme. Rien à voir avec celui de Zaragoza que ne recommanderai à personne vraiment minable. Encore une fois un grand merci.

La chambre, la gentillesse du personnel, le confort, le petit déjeuné très copieux en restant raisonnable. Bravo

Surpreende após primeira vista.

Cordialidade do gerente, ao nos relocar de apto maior para 3 pessoas. Minha esposa tem apneia do sono e usa equipamento CPAP que requer tomada na cabeceira da cama.

A localização do hotel em rodovia e colado em posto de combustível, longe do centro. Somente acessível de carro, que foi o nosso caso.

Tuvimos que cancelar para poder dormir evitando el ruido de una fiesta a todo vapor y volumen

Tenian una fiesta con un ruido infernal . Un hotel es para dormir ....no para meter bulla a los huespedes . Felizmente , nos devolvieron el valor de la reserva . un daño fuerte al nombre de la cadena de hoteles Zenit . lo conoci en San Sebastian ....alli todo lo contrario aunque muy caro

Nice enough but not really a Camino stop

Very clean, nice breakfast, friendly staff

It was further out of town than I had appreciated and no obvious public transport options - my fault for not checking thoroughly enough

A good nights sleep to set me up for the rest of my journey. Good food and very pleasant staff.

My only complaint was the bathroom floor was extremely slippery. I slipped over when getting out of the shower as one foot missed the bathmat and I crashed to the ground. Fortunately I did not hurt myself.

Nice enough hotel but not good for Camino walkers

Beds were comfortable

Air con only barely worked despite having staff look at it, it’s a bit far out of town and not a great location for Camino walkers, food not available on Saturday evening so had to taxi into town

The excellent local roads for riding motorcycles, head towards Soria or Vitoria for a blast. Staff are very friendly and helpful too. El Dorado is a great bar in Logroño.

Rude staff

Nice clean room

Requested a room near lift as disabled by email. Reply was "of course." On arrival it was like a circus. Computer wouldn't work. Staff very rude. Room furthest away from lift. Then key wouldn't work. This has happened before on a previous stay! Had to return to reception for a key that would work. Long long story short the staff gave us a complimentary bottle of wine as a sorry. Best thing was watching a very rude receptionist hitting the wrong room door to try to make the key work.

Staff very helpfull.cafetaria great.plenty of choice for food and very reasonable. Very clean and comfy beds..

Cooked food at breakfast was cold.but the waitress was very good and warmed it up for us.the containers that cooked food was in wasn't keeping food hot.need to sort that

There’s a nice cafe closed to the hotel. Opened till late. Room was clean.

It’s a good place for one night stay, but not longer. The room is clean but quite old. Closed to the hotel there is a petroleum station, we had is as our room view. I would say that price is too expensive to this hotel.

Modern comfortable room and Restaurant average for breaksfast that was included . it was good for our overnight stay on our road trip. We also had dinner in the restaurant and the food was average but the location does not conduced to find other restaurants.A
