The staff were so friendly and very accommodating. We asked for a late check out which was no problem. Highly recommend
Would be good if there was a hairdryer in the room as you had a go down to reception to borrow it. Also lift was broken the whole time we were there. A huge seagull also flew down and pinched a croissant off my breakfast plate while I was sitting there 2 mornings in a row!! … definitely woke me up!!

Great location but the physical building needs some updating and modernization.
Street noise heard in the rooms. Windows and balcony doors need to be improved.

Port Andratx is an ideal location for a short stay with plenty of local restaurants and shops. We had an excellent harbour view from our room which was spacious and comfortable. The hotel provided a first-class breakfast buffet. The receptionist and other staff were unfailingly helpful and polite. Large car park at the back of the hotel (5 euro/day).
Unfortunately, fronting onto the harbour, we had to put up with loud noise late into the evening from the bar next door.

Loved it. Amazing location, and the feel of an old traditional small hotel is great. The terrace for breakfast is sensational. Sea view rooms with balconies are well worth the extra. It's true that it could do with updating inside, but the flip side of this is that it would be way more expensive!
The staff aren't the friendliest - it's a bit odd. Not many smiles. Our room didn't have its own hairdryer - my wife had to go down every day and borrow the one hotel hairdryer, which was a bit inconvenient.

Breakfast was acceptable......
Hotel bar hardly ever staffed...
The rooms are basic but fine...superb location although you are next door to Tim's Bar which is a late night venue with outdoor drinking......
I quite like a traditional old fashioned hotel ....staff were lovely and very helpful ......The Port of Andratx has very few hotels.....this is very acceptable but if you want The Ritz Carlton go somewhere else...

Excellent location and amazing view across the bay.
Parking behind hotel.
Bathroom very small and could be cleaner.

It is certainly a lovely hotel and our view from our room was amazing. The balcony was also an added value along with the breakfast and the terrace . Hotel is clean, and the reception area is very inviting.
The rooms (especially the ones to the front where we stayed) are not well insulated. the walls and door to the rooms are very thinly insulated that you can hear every noise in the next rooms and I mean every noise!...... from toilet flushing, phones being plugged into socket, and even people having sex/making love and the multiple orgasms! It was a good laugh for us in our room but maybe not to put kids next to 'HOT' lovers! It is also very loud because of the club/ bar next door.
Perhaps the room to the back are better insulated but it overlooks the parking lot!

Amazing location and views over the Port
Very noisy at night - music and traffic outside until early hours of the morning. Poor soundproofing of the rooms

A really quirky and relaxed old style colonial hotel with a unique vibe and elegance right overlooking a harbour and next to all the night time promenade of people. I cannot recommend it any higher in that I will definitely be back!!

Hotel location was amazing, great for bars and resturants. The hotel was also very clean, and was also well cleaned throughout the stay with towels etc being replaced if you wanted. The room was also very big and the shutters did block out alot of the light.
We went at peak time, and for the price we paid I think it was probably good value to be fair.
Even though the room was big, it was incredibly bare, with littel more than the bed and side tables. We kept saying how moving a few things around would have made it alot better, as there was no where to do your hair or to place anything down. The bathroom was also in need to a bit of updating, however it was clean and for me that is the most important thing. The balcony faced the car park, which was fine but not the prettiest view in the world, however the view from the front would have been amazing if you wanted to shell out the extra (those rooms actually looked alot nicer than ours so maybe that helps).
Breakfast had lots of options but better to go out for it to nearby bars etc

Right on the waterfront.
Only one key to the door, it didn’t feel very secure or sound proofed.
