Enjoyable for a short stay

The beds were pretty fine and comfortable. The room was clean and with a TV up-to-date, the bathroom was okay too. Pretty good location and was easy to park near the hotel. It's a really good option if you have a job travel to Albacete city or surrondings.

Pleasant hotel apart from the car parking difficulty.

We had a corner suite on the first floor overlooking the park on the other side of the (busy) road. Sadly the park was closed because of high winds.

We didn’t like the location of the under cover car park some two hundred metres round two corners. Ideally, cars should be unloaded outside the front doors but the three short term stops were all being used. It was necessary for this 82 year old to take a trolley from reception, trundle along to the garage, climb a 1 in 4 slope to load the baggage then negotiate the 1 in 4 downward slope and trundle back to the hotel. Unfortunately there was no one from the hotel willing to help. Likewise, on check out but this time I brought the car to be near the hotel entrance but had to park some distance away as the three spaces were all occupied - and not by guests from the hotel. I had a word with one offender but I suspect my anger was wasted because of my lack of knowledge of the language.

No había bañera sino ducha y sobretodo que no ha persianas, tengo un bebé muy sensible a la luz y tenia que entrar a dormirlo al baño.

Exceptional

The hotel is nice and clean. Good breakfast, the room was big and well equipped. It is also close to the city center and it has a beautiful park across the street. It also has parking which was great for us.

Short stay in Albacete.

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel which offers a great location in Albacete. They offer parking facilities on site however you cannot move from the parking directly into the hotel and have to do so via the street. The hotel restaurant, which offered real quality food, unfortunately once again is not within the hotel itself but next door to the hotel. Breakfast is served within the hotel.

Location is perfect. Walking distance to city center and park. Car park available.

Rooms were too hot, airconditioning did not work. Rooms are very noisy and need some renovation.

Very pleasant for the three nights we had in the hotel.

Location 10 mins from bars, restaurants, etc. Opposite park felt like we were in the countryside, with birds singing in the morning. Nice balcony to sit on, nice size room. Good internet speed. Good parking facilities.

None slip maps should be put in shower area as very slippery and dangerous. Water temperature changed to very hot while showering. Sink very small not fit for purpose.

Secure parking, comfortable room, pleasant English speaking staff, decent breakfast.

No bar or restaurant for dinner. The restaurant next door was recommended but was very expensive, the most expensive meal of out 2 week trip to Spain and average in terms of quality.

One night stop on way to Cartagena from Madrid. Good choice would definitely use again.

Good hotel with friendly helpful staff

Hotel is central to shops bars and restaurants. It’s located across a road from a lovely park which is great to visit when it’s hot. Hotel indoor carpark is safe and secure. Our stay was very good and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Have stayed many times

Unfortunately one of the beds in our room creaked and therefore my husband had a disturbed sleep. Shower tray is quite slippy
