An excellent place for a vacation, perfectly located in the heart of downtown with friendly staff.

The location is just in the center of downtown—5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the main shopping area, 5 minutes to Mandraki Port, and 10 minutes to Old Town. I loved this location. The breakfast was decent and something for everyone. The staff in the bar was amazing, especially the lady with long blonde hair (sorry, I do not remember the name) since she remembered my coffee preferences and always welcomed me with a big smile.

I could only suggest adding gluten- and lactose-containing information to the breakfast options since many people have issues with these.

Good facilities, rich breakfast, very clean and excellent location! Very near all restaurants and bus terminals. 5 minutes walk to sea, 10 min walk to old town.

Superb

Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, the A/C worked well. The bathroom was also impeccably clean, with a really nice shower. The staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good & really good value for the price. There's very limited parking directly in front of the hotel. The location is great with supermarkets close by and the marina & old town are a 10-15 min walk away. We didn't use the pool but it looked spacious & like it has enough shade.

I wished pool opening times were a bit longer (it closed at 7pm when we were there). Some more parking would also be great. Other than that, no complaints at all!

Comfortable, clean and good sized rooms. Great location, close to restaurants, Elli Beach, Old Town and shopping areas. Breakfast is excellent. Staff were exceptional. Would definitely stay again.

A perfect hotel in the centre of Rhodes. Near to everything!

It’s in a great location and a perfect little oasis of calm . A lovely little pool to relax by. Our favourite hotel to stay in whilst waiting for ferry crossings or villa.

An excellent stay made possibly by the staff and overall standard of the hotel

From the outset, all staff really helpful and friendly. The room was great and facilities clean and easily accessible. Ideally situated for access to both new town and old town.

Everything very good. If being picky, would have been nice to see a wider range of fresh fruit (as opposed to canned) fruit at breakfast

Superb hotel, excellent location.

Breakfast is superb, such a huge choice. Location can't be beat, you can walk everywhere. An excellent hotel, lovely room, balcony, swimming pool, jacuzzi. Sauna but I didn't use it.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

Very good

Excellent location, right in the center, 5 minutes walk from the beach. Would definitely stay here again. The pool was great. The breakfast was very good, coffee was great. Pancakes and crepes were also made on the spot We also tried the dinner buffet which had lots of options for every taste. The beds were comfortable. I appreciated the coffee/tea facilities in the room. The stuff was friendly and efficient. Great value for money.

I didn't like the view from the room, since it was in the city area, so you could see buildings around and a glimpse of sea. The breakfast lacked some nuts. The sofa in the bedroom was old and a bit damaged.

A good hotel situated at the heart of the town.

The hotels location is very convenient. The breakfast was very good.

The bedroom did not have the amenities of a 4 star hotel. it did not have any water, the mini bar was empty, there wsa no coffee, no sleepers, not dressing gown, no vanity set. I was very disappointed. The staff was not enthusiastic.

The breakfast is exceptional. By far the best in hotels of that kind. They also have a restaurant open all day and with very nice food for good price. The location is very good, close to the port, to many shops and restaurants and to many bus stations.

The way Aris sorted our room mix up out.as we requested a walk in shower rather than a shower over bath.

Paper cups in the room rather than regular ones, probably post covid move, but would have preferred ceramic and no spoons, easily sorted with one from breakfast room

Beds were very comfortable and all the staff were good, including reception, cleaners and restaurant

Sound proofing was poor, so the room was quite noisy both from traffic noise and noise from other guests -- very noisy at times - making sleep difficult

Exceptionally comfortable mattress. Excellent sleep, great breakfast and central location steps from everything.

The sauna and pool were not open. There room was lacking slippers and hair conditioner.
