PRECAUCIÓN ;

Very clean, nice room, the meals.

Staff were very friendly. The room was nice and cleaned.
The swimming pool wasn’t cleaned and very dated. Not enough sun loungers for everyone. Also we booked it as a 4 stars but in fact was only 3.

We enjoyed the entertainment and food. The shows were entertaining, and the kids enjoyed the arcade. I liked the proximity to the sandy beach, which was not crowded. The little cove made it easy to keep an eye on the kids. The hotel was also close to the bus stop, taxi stand, and pick-up location for excursions.
The wi-fi didn't reach the rooms. The room was a little cramped with the trundle pulled out and the pop-up tent. I had to put the tent on the deck during the evenings. The hot tub was cold.

large selection of food
Typical all inclusive hotel with hundreds of guests. The hotel equipment is outdated, it is not cozy. Parking in street (not in a hotel parking place) is very complicated - often occupied in all nearby streets.

The room was spacious and the housekeepers kept it very clean and tidy.
Comfortable beds.
Good outdoor facilities i.e. swimming pools.
Shower (the temperature wouldn't remain as set, instead it would constantly fluctuate from cold to hot)

Staff were friendly and helpful.
Water in shower went boiling hot then freezing cold. Food choice was poor, very few meat options, on some days the fruit only had small selection and was dry. Not always water melon or melon. Had to pay extra to stay in the hotel and use facilities after checkout!

We had an amazing time staying at the hotel. Staff were friendly, very helpful and the hotel is very clean. The room was spacious and with both mountain views and coastal views.
That there were no tea/coffee mugs in our room

immaculately clean and the staff were very good . big shoutout for Yaime who was our housekeeper and kept our room spotless. good pool although the sun beds are of poor quality.
poor sun beds . quality of the food was questionable.

Breakfast was very good, wide selection, and fresh fruit. Location so close to the beach, with basic super markets nearby. Meals included made logistics easier and the trip more economical.
The coffee could have been stronger at breakfast and a better-tasting soy milk and oat milk option would have been very appreciated. I would also recommend more vegetarian protein options. Higher pressure in bathroom sink. Maybe some signs to remind guests not to scream in general bit particularly at night. It was a bit wild, but that reflected more on the profile of hotel guests and not necessarily the hotel, but since there were several incidents, maybe the hotel would like to deter that sort of behavior, otherwise, it can affect the reputation and drive away other types of clientele.

Breakfast was quite good, wide variety, and the fresh fruit is very appreciated. Cleanliness. Location. Friendly staff. Balcony - terrace w/ view of ocean and clothesline.
Mattress a bit worn, water pressure of sink very low, and the fan/extractor did not seem to be working. Stronger coffee, a better-tasting brand of soy milk, please, and consider adding oat milk. More bean, tofu and veggie options, please. Something that had nothing to do with the hotel was the angry shouting by a man and a boy in the middle of the night (past midnight / early morning) it went on for a few minutes - in a language I did not understand, so I heard them perfectly but not what was said. It was extremely unpleasant to be woken up like that, after a bit of shouting, I did call reception bit no one answered. The next night there was occasional shouting in the hallway and grunting(?) or shouting from a room. In the end it was not continuous but very unpleasant. Since it happened almost every night, it just kind of sticks out in my head now. Reception told me that I would have to call in the moment, and they would send security, but the rest of the incidents were just short ones so it would have finished by the time security came around.

it was a lovely hotel in a nice location. Ideal if you want to be in a less touristy place than the heart of Playa Del Ingles. The food was ok but not always hot enough for our liking. That said the staff always made sure there was all choices available for the day. The room was lovely with a great sea view. Room was very clean with all necessary facilities.
The entertainment was outside and sadly the evenings in February were very cold this year. This meant we did not wish to sit outside. During the day the pool layout was not to our liking and limited number of sun beds which were quite uncomfortable to lie on.

The hotel was clean and staff we n8ce
The facilities ie the gym so lacking I'm suprised they advertise it.. Food quality very poor. Paying for pool towels. Sunbeds very basic... Hotel looks like it needs a refresh outside especially. Only 1 member of staff on reception on busy check out day.

Really nice entertainment staff, that's what saved it for us really. They were so friendly, did great classes and great games, as well as fun evening shows, they work very hard. Food in the restaurant was good, a lot a variety and lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. Drinks included was a nice plus. The staff in the restuarant were kind. The reception staff were friendly, except when we had an issue, the manager should have dealt with that better we thought. The room was lovely, with a partial sea view from the balcony, comfy bed and shower and a great TV. The hotel had a very chilled vibe which was nice. If it wasn't for the freezing 'hot tub' pools, this would be an amazing place to stay.
The pools, including the "HOT tub" were FREEZING, and I mean freezing! Most water classes had no attendees due to this, which is a shame. There was one small pool which was heated to 26 degrees, which was bearable in the sun. We were expecting a relaxing few days with the hot tubs and were bitterly disappionted when we found out they were cold.
When we found out the first morning, the reception manager did offer us a refund for the last 2 nights if we left, but we couldn't find anything at a reasonable price so last minute and also, would have preferred to stay if it wasn't for the hot tub fiasco. We asked if they could let us into one of their other properties to use the hot tubs, but they said they could not do this, as none of them (despite advertising them as such) were actually warm 'hot tubs'. They offered us late checkout, which didn't solve the problem in any way, but was something I guess. However at the end they wanted us to sign a paper saying we were 'completely satisfied with the resolution' which we thought was very very cheeky and left a bad last impression on top of everything. The late checkout didn't seem like such a nice gesture suddenly with this hidden agenda...
So overall a nice stay but big big disappointment on the pools, if you like swimming or relaxing in a hot tub, this is not the place for you.

The rooms are amazing. The hotel is very clean and beautiful. The food was delicious. Lots of choice. The pre-made cocktails were nice on the first night but then not as nice other nights. Overall amazing value for money. Great pools. The entertainment was brilliant and the animation team work very hard. I would return and would recommend to anyone wanting a nice clean hotel. Located in a great area. A 5 min walk to a beach front promenade. You can take steps to the beach which is hard work, or keep walking and after about 20 min you can get a lift to another level, walk again through some shops and you will get another lift right to the beach. Beautiful area.
Staff were a little hit and miss, most were very polite but the pool bar man seemed a little grumpy. And none were over friendly, usually you get a few staff who are very upbeat and friendly and make the holiday extra special, I didn't feel that warmth from this hotel.

Hotel is close to the beach, shops and about a 10 min walk to Maspalomas. The 66 and 90 bus stops just round the corner so that was a great cheaper option (3 euros each) instead of a taxi from the airport. The hotel was clean and beds were comfy. Food was okay. I did struggle as a vegetarian slightly but with a bit of common sense I didnt go hungry. Staff were all very friendly, overall a really lovely stay.
Food could have been labelled a bit better if I am really nit picking for something negative but this still wasn't that big of a problem.

We had a wonderful week at the hotel, during our stay everything was perfect. We were mighty pleased with the food, the rooms, but we were extremly satisfied with the staff! All of them were amazing, especially Bogi, who helped us with everything, she was a delightful member of the hotel!

The hotel was active and busy but not so you couldn't find a space by the pool. Lots of sunbed options, and a wide variety of food all day every day. Evening entertainment was enjoyable and varied. The room was spacious and clean, housekeeping very efficient. Reception were super helpful when we needed them, and burrowing pool towels cost almost next to nothing.
The buffet at meals times was sometimes not as hot as I would have liked.
