Imponerande byggnad med perfekt läge. Bra restauranger i hotellet och många fler precis utanför.
Jag fick inte rum med sjöutsikt som Booking fick mig att tro att det var och som jag dessutom betalade extra för.
Separat toalett i mycket litet rum bredvid badrummet.

Emplacement intramuros et parking à proximité.
Brasserie très bon rapport qualité prix.
Literie confortable.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating
Not knowing that our room would face, and be just above a crowded dining / drinking area

Our room 353 had a sea view and double bed as requested. The carpet in the room was badly marked and looked well past its beast. The room gets a lot of noise from the road outside but that is hardly the hotels fault. Next time I will request the 4th floor as some bedrooms appear larger and maybe less outside noise.
The sitting/drinking area in front of the hotel is not as smart and congenial as it used to be. Maybe thesis the fault of the guests. The waiters tend to ask for immediate payment a lot of the time instead of leaving a pay slip on the table. They could also keep the tables & chairs tidier.Guillaume on reception was excellent. He kept in touch prior to our arrival and we appreciated that he was able to extend our car parking from 5 to 7 days. He is an asset to the hotel.

great location, interesting old building, beautifully decorated bistro, very helpful staff, good set menu dinner for a fair price ( lovely fresh oysters) with good traditional formal table service.
a large bottle of drinking water in the room would have been welcome. The bed sheets were not the good quality cotton that many places use (they seems a bit thin) , but they were clean.

Lovely historic building
Rooms look tired. Bathroom needs attention. Shower needs to be fixed high up to be functional.

Great location, perfect for early morning coffee next to the sea. Location is perfect for foot explorers. Walking distance from Ferry terminal. Taxi costs €10 Euros which is a waste of your time can walk. Loads of good foodie joints next door
Toilets and shower have no extractor fans bathroom and washroom are separate

Nice location in the walled part of St Malo. Our room faced the Channel.
Room furnishings very basic. There was hand soap bar and body wash in shower. No body lotion or separate shampoo and conditioner. Hair dryer was an old wall, hose type.

Very central to the town, shopping and restaurants.
We had difficulty in finding the property late at night and parking was not close. We phoned and the receptionist could not help us with directions at all. The Bathroom was modern with good quality towels, although the room was rather old fashioned and along with the main hallways, needs an update. There is no air conditioning in the room and it and was too warm, but being in the centre of town and outside noise, it is not possible to open the window. Breakfast was well finished by 10 am at the weekend which is a bit early.

A fabulous and beautiful hotel. Gorgeous food in the restaurant 😋 😍

Garage. We booked our car into the garage - no problem. We had a problem starting the car due to a faulty battery.
We were booked onto the Ferry and had to get there for 09-30. The receptionist arranged for a technician to get to us for about 08-00. At 08-30 one of your staff arrived with his car and we jump started using my jump leads.
He refused to take any reward for doing this. Your staff saved our bacon.
Well done your staff, we are so grateful.
Perhaps a few more packets of coffee etc.
Sorry but there was nothing much that we didn't like.

Location was great, lobby and outside decor of the hotel were beautiful.
Our room was freezing cold and the radiator did not work. We were provided a space heater but it also wasn’t great. The pull out couch was very old and stained, the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been updated since the 50s. It was so creepy we all
opted to skip the shower the next morning. Toiletries provided were not helpful or if good quality.
2.5
Fair variety.decent tea and coffee from machine.pleasant surroundings
Scrambled egg was cold not sure why.both the bedside wall lights could not be used on one side of the bed as there wasn't a socket for table light and wall light above bed was dead( no switch for it)
Staff seemed lacking any urgency to any request made.
Tea/coffee facilities in bedroom not refilled on second night
