Arnolds is in a great location, very convenient to everything in Dunfanaghy. Staff are friendly and informative and the rooms are tidy, the bed is very comfortable.
Our ‘over the bath shower’ hadn’t very good water pressure. Much prefer a shower cubicle as they are a lot more practical.

The Food & The Staff
The Room was tiny and in a very bad position - we had a few attempts throughout the night of someone trying to come into our room

Staff were friendly and location is good for dunfanaghy.
Bedroom was small as was the bed. Bath needed replaced. Didn’t notice a lift. No facilities to enjoy when the weather was bad.

It was a great location
On the last day I had asked for essentials for the room to be told I was checking out soon. I waited for 20 mins for these to be delivered to the room.

Lovely friendly staff. Cosy oldy worldy hotel. Great breakfasts.
Twin room was a bit on the small side. Tiny tv with very few channels.

View from the room was amazing, the heat was on full great arriving, we turned It off during the night easy to do.
Breakfast choice was good and cooked very well , dinner in the bar was also great.
The bathroom had all you needed for a weekend away.
A Christinng party overflowed to take over reception area and lounge. I have nothing against parties or children, but children running all over the place for most of the evening unchecked and their shoes laying everywhere, this needs to be looked at by the manager or acting manager almost tripped going up the stairs.

We loved the relaxed, welcoming and comfortable foyer area. The staff were so friendly and the food was lovely. The hotel catered well for gluten free guests.
Whilst the bedrooms were very nicely decorated and comfortable, the en suite bathrooms were a bit dated.

Nice entrance/foyer, nice fire , rooms were ok and clean , friendly staff in restaurant.
I didn't like the food , 😕 also no access to fresh air in the room , rooms over heated and no way to cool down , rooms decor out dated !
Receptionist very taken back that there was a Monday night booking and vocalised that at the counter which in turn put my anxiety up as I was afraid we had no booking !

central location, parking provided, cosy seating area, staff very friendly
booking.com said we had a room with a view, which we didn’t. the breakfast included in the price was poor (food tasted & looked like it had been under a heat lamp for a very long time). tv was very small & quite expensive for one night

The beds were very comfortable. The view was great. Breakfast and dinner were excellant and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The corridor to the bedroom had an aroma from the kitchen.

Definitely the most comfortable beds we’ve ever had, breakfast was great and the loveliest staff ever especially Paul what a wee darlin he was and nothing was a problem for him to meet our needs. The whole staff in general despite a little hiccup in the bar when we ordered 2 coffee and 2 brandy for our nightcap and they forgot to bring our coffee but it was eventually sorted after 25 mins. Thank you to all as my husband and I had 2 lovely nights for our anniversary.
Wouldn’t change a thing there’s nothing we didn’t like, we loved Arnold’s which is why that’s are 2nd visit since last September and hoping to return again soon.
