Excellent stay

Welcome from daytime staff Quality of the room, shower, breakfast and especially the comfort of the beds. Noise insulation was excellent and good air conditioning. Very clean!

Would stay there again for a similar business trip.

Super location for me. Rooms are really cute. Staff is very helpful and polite, and 24hr front desk service!

First night my room was crazy hot, and thermostat seems broken; then heating was probably fixed, problem did not repeat the following nights. I could use a bit more shelf space in the bathroom and a magnifying mirror.

Short stay in Paris.

Excellent location, the hotel is 20 paces from Marcel Sembat Metro on line 9. Quiet hotel. Adequate continental all you can eat breakfast.

The lift to the floors is only a 2 person lift and very small. No refreshment facilities in the room, the kettle is in the reception it you wanted a hot drink.

Super-cold AC on some super-hot days! Breakfast buffet is simple but sufficient, staff helpful and friendly. This is an old building, small rooms and the tiniest elevator I’ve ever ridden

A comfortable refuge

The room was larger than I am used to for Paris. It was comfortable and spacious enough to walk around which is quite a novelty for me. The aircon worked very well and could be controlled in the room easily. Check-in was easy and efficient. The hotel is well located. It is next to Marcel Sembat metro station, a monoprix and franprix for shopping, and McDonalds for late night food.

The breakfast room was quite hot.

Very good

The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. The breakfast was rich. The room was comfortable and clean. The downtown is accessible by train and the hotel is located in a safe location.

Location, Staff friendliness, willingness to help with anything was incredible. Breakfast was quite decent as well.

The cost of the room was excessive given its basic nature / comfort.

worst place I ever stay in my life

nada ! I did not like nothing

since the start was already a problem with an angry guest. just for the record they also did something totally unwelcome to me days before that took more than enough of my energy. airco did not work and the beds are totally not comfortable . breakfast is very poor no eegs, and just ham and cheese .

Nice for just a couple of nights

Breakfast was very nice with good choices especially the orange juice. Very convenient for metro and restaurants. Loved the decor which was nice and clean

Great for our expectations.

The location was great to attend a PSG match and it was 10 meters from the metro station to visit the city main attractions. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast included in the prices was fine with a good variety of food and drinks for the price.

The size of the room and the elevator (although it was bigger than other hotels we know in Paris), the breakfast room located in the basement without windows.

Ok, but nothing more. What you expect from a "cheap" chain hotel.

The room was nice and comfy, nice big and very comfortable bed. The location isn't too bad, really really close to the subway stop so easy to reach and to get to the centre from the hotel.

Most of the hotel (though not the room) smells of cigarettes. Breakfast was just ok, a tiny room in the basement with not that much choice. Staff was not very friendly, they'd pretty much only speak French to me even if I clearly couldn't speak any and they could clearly understand me in English.
