Das Hotel übertraf alle Erwartungen mit exquisiter Küche und erstklassigem Service

Das Essen war reichlich und von herausragender Qualität, mit einer beeindruckenden Vielfalt. Zu jeder Tageszeit wurden Snacks und Getränke angeboten. Besonders angenehm überrascht war ich von der Vielfalt an Getränkegläsern – es gab für jedes Getränk oder Cocktail das passende Glas, anstatt Plastikbecher zu verwenden. Die Qualität der Getränke, angefangen bei Kaffee bis hin zu Cocktails, war außergewöhnlich hoch und übertraf meine bisherigen Erfahrungen in der Türkei. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und grüßte immer. Die Zimmer entsprachen je nach Budget angemessen dem Preis, waren kreativ gestaltet und wiesen trotz des schon älteren Hotels kaum Abnutzungserscheinungen auf. Das Unterhaltungsprogramm war äußerst kreativ und bot täglich neue Highlights. Die Bühnenausstattung war von bemerkenswerter Qualität und hätte auch auf Festivals bestehen können. Es gab drei Pools und einem direkten Zugang zum Strand. Für Kinder gab es eine Fülle an Attraktionen. Zusammenfassend kann ich sagen, dass dies bisher das beste Hotel war, in dem ich in der Türkei übernachtet habe. Für mich sind Personal und Qualität entscheidend, und in diesem Hotel wurden meine Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Größere und teurere Hotels mag es geben, aber in Bezug auf das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis verdient dieses Hotel definitiv 10 Sterne!

Hotel has everything you need, quite large but not a problem. Rooms clean, great choice of food. Enjoyed thoroughly x

Second time staying here. Yet again could not fault hotel. Staff super friendly and welcoming. Only a short stay this time on way to airport, wish I could of stayed longer. Location perfect for me.

All inclusive to the max!

I liked the extravagant decor - it gave the hotel uniqueness. Ocean views from the room were beautiful. The beach access was great. The food had great variety and it was great to have a la carte included in the "all-inclusive" package. The coffee from the cafe's barista was great. The Kids Club was brilliant - our son was there the whole time! They even took him on an excursion to the dolphin show. I loved the morning yoga and pilates - very authentic!

The hotel is very busy! Finding a table is like negotiating a seat on the subway. Some hotel guests are rude and push in front - that's frustrating but no fault of the hotel.

A great destination for a budget holiday in spring time!.

great value for money , plenty of food and drinks, including alcoholic cocktails.

the hotel is 30 years old, so is their furniture, the sofas in the lobby don’t look clean even if they are probably clean. Many areas in their premises were closed including an outdoor swimming pool and 3 of their restaurants, so were many recreational facilities in the hotel, this makes their promotional videos somewhat misleading. What you advertise must be on offer unless clearly stated otherwise.

It was good but not good as we expected.

The hotel is located in a quiet place next to the beach. The food is good in the main restaurant.

There are many unnecessary rules in the hotel. The hotel is for tourists on tour who don't need high-quality services. The staff prefer to speak Russian. The laundry service is so poor. I can't describe that. They brought not dried and not ironed clothes.

bedbugs in the matraces and pillows destroyed the family meeting mood! worst ever choice in my life!

most of all i like presentation of the hotel at Booking.com. there are nice cabanas to rent at the beach area, good coffee spot and Champaign bar.

Bedbugs are in every room and matraces! the pillows are terrible to sleep full of bedbugs! the customer service for individual travelers does not exist, the hotel manages the big low-paid groups of tourists from suburbs of russia. this is the worst ever choice i have made at Booking.com.

Superb

The food was really good especially the chef making desserts and sweets. The food was exceptional and fresh. Also, the pools are great.

The location of the hotel is far from the downtown. Also, the rooms weren't always clean and sometimes they didn't put towels.

On site amenities are very well loads to do. AC, food and house keeping was great.

Educate customers not to use taxis who don't have taxi meters, you get ripped off and they quote you in euros. By law, they must have a taxi meter.

i cannot say that there is something that i liked

The area of the sea is very limited and very inaccessible. the service of staff is very low, they are not at all service oriented. all inclusive but food not vey high quality, and it's over priced. i will not recommend.

We had an amazing time in Antalya and we will go back :)

The staff members were really nice and friendly. The view from the hotel is Amazing, food is great. The drinks are amazing and available for free most of the time.

Spectacular with some small comments

The food is expentional Very very delicious and many many different dishes The room has a nice balcony with a beach view The staff were great and friendly Free mini bar Close to the beach and close to the main road and airport

I don't think i ever saw a 5 star hotel with no free WiFi for the guest!! (Except the lobby and restaurant ) I expect to have all the comforts when I book a top rated hotel There is no actual parking for the hotel Just park in the street or any free space next to the hotel No kettle to heat the water and no iron

Disappointing

Staff & location were good. Hotel is nice and clean.

Too many feral dogs allowed to roam around the grounds of the hotel.Food is buffet style and most of the time it was cold. No variety in food same every day.

we have reserved for 7 days but left in 24 hours. avoid at all cost.

its filthy, crowded, totally not followed Covid guidance or social distancimg rules, NO kids club, no proper food. as an example the bread for breakfast was still in the supermarkets bags on the counter. the beach area is dirty and full with dogs. not a big deal for some guests apparently. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. we reserved for 7 days. but left in less than 24 hours.

Nice place to be with children

Excellent night performances, swimming pool with sea water, a lot of places to sit and relax

Sand beach is quite small, about 50 meters long, and of course most of all benches in the morning are empty but occupied by towels of the people who came to breakfast and reserved a bench for the half of the day)
