Not good

Breakfast was good, room was ok clean,, we overlooked peoples garden washing on the line. noisy generator we could hear from our room from 7 in the morning until 10 at night.

Evening food was not good cold and had to send back, long time waiting for it, curry night food was not presented or tasted anything like a curry, very small amount. very expensive for disappointing food. We were also approached by a barmaid who accused us of not paying for our drinks, and was raising her voice we said we had I did keep the receipt I had to show before she calmed down, and she did not apologise for her wrong behaviour That was embarrassing, in front of people.

Fantastic location, fantastic facilities, very clean and very reasonable.

Had a great stay. When checking out we ran over the check out time by about 15mins. When checking out we found the demeanour of the receptionist not helpful. They informed us that the cleaning staff had been texting them to see if we had checked out because we holding them up. Nothing a knock on the door wouldn’t of sorted out. Also they informed us that they would not penalise us for checking out late. “Let it go this time”. Thought this was a bit much for only 15mins. Great stay otherwise, will recommend and hopefully stay again.

Schull is a nice location but had limited food options in the evenings with only one or two restaurants open after 6pm.

Nice property in a great location. Stayed in the apartment. Very well kitted out and had everything needed to make for a good break

it’s all about the location

bit dated and tired, stayed in the apartments, not very clean either on arrival had to ask for it to be cleaned again. staff couldn’t cope with how busy the bar/restaurant were. not the most helpful or professional waiting staff.

The Room was very clean & well kept with decor and bedding, the sea view was exceptional and very little noise to annoy us from other rooms or doors banging. Had a brilliant sleep and the staff were extremely helpful

The shower was extremely basic and very low pressure but other than that we had a fantastic stay

Excellent welcoming hotel.

A fabulous hotel with great facilties. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment that had everything you could ever need for a self catering break. The food was fantastic with a great selection. Would highly recommend this hotel and if ever in Schull will definitely stay again.

Beautiful spot and worth a visit.

Accommodation was lovely, great space and facilties. TV was poor.

Lots of centipedes everywhere. Rooms didn't heat up despite the radiators.

Bed ver comfy and room very clean

No shampoo or conditioner or shower gel. Bathroom was tiny. Bar area service very slow. Bar coukd do with some nice couches or cosy chairs not relaxing at all. Is a shame as such a lovely view totally wasted

Great location near shops restaurants and pubs.good base for travelling to the Mizen and Barleycove. Also travelled to Ballydehob.Nice leisure centre and v.good breakfast with plenty choice.

Overall staff were lovely,friendly & helpful however we booked a table in the restaurant fir 7.30 for 13 of us.we waited over an hour for our food and when it arrived it was mixed.half of our group were happy but the other hallf got either overdone or and cold food.we didn't complain as we could see staff were doing their best as it was v busy.

Would definitely recommend it to a friend!

We stayed in an apartment and they were fab. Pool and leisure centre were the big highlights for us. Waiting staff and food in restaurant were super. Our apartment was very good value.

Super location- staff need improvement

Super location. Staff on the reception desk were rude. Not the normal Irish welcome at all. Ireland is such a welcoming country normally.

Pricey for what it is out of season. Reception staff were quite short and rude. Maybe they had a bad day!

The staff were friendly and the hotel location was very good. Lovely seaview from the bedroom. The food in the bar was good.
