Our stay was okay. Just a few details could have been better.

The breakfast was okay. There wasn’t really any protein like eggs or bacon.

Our room was freezing when we arrived. It took several hours for it to warm up to a comfortable temperature.

Great rooms. Staff needs improvement.

Location was great. Bed was comfy. Unfortunately, a constant three day disturbance was very unexpected, and hotel staff wouldn't do anything about it.

Guest experience could be much improved.

Ok. Probably wouldn't stay again, but only because of no elevator

Breakfast was ok. No juices available

We were on second floor with no elevator. It's hard to lug so much luggage up stairs. Staff checked us is but no over friendly.

Nice hotel option for Woodland Park

It is a lovely property, nice simple rooms and has facilities next door like a restaurant and pool (we didn’t have a chance to use either)

The room cleaning was a little sporadic. My colleague and I both had days where our rooms were not cleaned at all.

Extremely clean, pleasant stay.

Such a clean hotel! We appreciated how friendly the staff were and how evident their commitment to providing a clean, pleasant stay. It was refreshing. Also loved the water bottle filler in the lobby area.

Their breakfast could have been better, but was sufficient.

Clean, quiet, comfy.

It was nice, quiet, and clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Check-in and check-out were very smooth.

We only stayed one night and everything was great. I have no suggestions!

All in all it was a good stay - clean and comfortable - the staff just needs to lighten up.

Convenient, clean and comfortable - close to everything.

Front desk staff was difficult at check in - tried to tell me my name on reservation and my license didn’t match and almost didn’t let me check in. I’ll spare you the details but after an 11 hour drive that was not what I needed. First time this has ever happened to me in 52 years of using my nickname. Anyway, they finally made it right and got us into our rooms. Just beware for anyone else who might have a similar situation. Also, the mini snack store was poorly stocked.

Honestly, the property exceeded my expectation. It was clean, upgraded and really nice.

The breakfast is an apology. I have had better breakfast in other hotels.

The room was clean and very cozy for two people.

The continental breakfast was fine. The room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet. They make effective use of the limited square footage. The staff was friendly.

Wifi was spotty. Television did not work. I did not realize how small the room would be when I booked. It would be more comfortable for one person. Because of the nature of our travel we had several bags and it was tight.

Very convenient.

Location was fantastic! One mile from conference at Charis, and first right turn after leaving conference each day. Also, I offered the other bed in my room to another conference goer whose original accommodations didn't work out, and Microtel didn't charge me extra. They were booked solid. We met as strangers, and left as friends.

Brealfast was a little limited. I like grapes, melon, etc fruit bowls. I should have put my ice chest ice packs into the freezer as soon as I transferred the food to the in-room refrigerator to give them more time to freeze. They didn't freeze overnight. However, the refrigerator froze my chicken salad which kept everything cold enough as it thawed on the drive home.
