Wonderful stay in a lovely city,

The apartment is beautiful and has everything you might need. It is also very close to all amenities.

Very satisfied. Couldn't have asked for more.

It's in the centre and it was quiet, not always easy in cities like Salamaca. Air conditioning kept the flat nicely cool in a weekend with 37 degrees.

Apartment was perfect

The location was perfect for everything. Access was a dream, rang the contact number and someone was there to meet us in 5 minutes. The apartment had everything we required, was clean an comfortable. I would recommend this apartment.

Great location, nice decoration but relatively expensive

- The host was super nice and provided full flexibility for our departure, given there was no arrival planned for that evening. - Good showers - Nice decoration

- No shampoo or shower gel was available. We had to go to the local supermarket to buy those amenities. - The dishwasher was likely interrupted and was therefore not fully functional at our arrival (had water inside). We needed to redo the washing cycle to solve the issue. - I think for the type of property and price point, access to international TV channels would be expected.

Great flat shame about the aircon

great location, well done up, nice bathrooms and kitchen. Nice rooms.

no air condition in any bedroom in Spain in summer is a joke. There was one unit in the living room that was struggling. Basically nobody slept the first night as it was too hot.

Superb

The location was great. We liked how secure and quiet it was. The amenities were good and everything was modern and well appointed. We appreciated the responsiveness of the host.

There was nothing significant that needed improvement.

Outstanding Apartment in Central Salamanca

This apartment is beautiful. The kitchen is fully equipped, with full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, cooktop, pots & pans, electric kettle and all the utensils you could need. The internet works well. It has a washing machine & room outside to hang clothes or an inside clothes rack. It includes cleaning supplies and laundry pods. The bathrooms are modern & updated, as is the kitchen. The TV set is tiny, but we didn't travel to watch television. Each bedroom had a closet. The only detail is that there is only one air conditioning split unit in the living room; none in the bedrooms. I imagine that in the summer that would be a problem. It has heating everywhere, controlled by the building. José was wonderful in answering all my questions before arrival and was waiting for us when we arrived & was available for any questions throughout our stay. Excellent. While there is no parking in the building, you can park at the Hospital Santísima Trinidad Parking, which is very spacious and easy to get in and out (we had a large SUV & it was easy to maneuver). It is about a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The apt. is on a pedestrian street, but you can enter to drop off and load your luggage. It is well located, five minutes walking to the Plaza Mayor and many other sites. I highly recommend it.

While it didn't affect our stay (we went in May), the lack of individual air conditioning split units in each bedroom would prevent us from staying during the summer months.
