stay was comforable location is good and peaceful.breafast standard is average neeeds improvement

THe breakfast is not up to the mark just average, especillay the south Indian dishes.Even small Darshanis in Bangalore serve better quality dosas and idlis moreover the dishes were cold

In the bathroom for senior citizen slike me you should provide some kind of support to hold so a sto avoid any fall Morover kindly ensure the shower unit is cleaned properly

Comfortable Business Hotel

Location was great and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, so was all the common areas. Well maintained. Room size is very big and furnishings are good. The bathroom fixtures were top class. All in all a very good stay in Lilac 5th Block Jayanagar and i would recommend to all.

The mattresses was not very comfortable.

Wonderful food, busy area far from the airport (1.5 hour drive)

The rooms were very clean. Basic toiletries supplied in the bathrooms. Buffet breakfast and restaurant food were amazing! Very tasty and the waiter, Megna, was so humble, polite and obliging.

All prices were deceiving as tax was added to everything as per fine print mentioned below other descriptions. Even the menu in the restaurant displayed prices without taxes that you are only faced with on the bill. Also, management were not very obliging as to requests made. Our second room was only ready long after check-in time when we requested nearby rooms. Understandably some events were out of their control.

My room wasn’t ready when I moved in no bathroom mats no towels in both rooms, in my honest opinion things coukd have been better right from checkin experience to stay

I found multiple cockroaches in the room and restroom as well There’s no smoking area even outside of the room

Nice large rooms, a feeling of spaciousness. Very clean and well kept. Food is limited, but quality is decent.

Hot water for bathing was not available. They did rectify, but water was not hot enough and water pressure was a bit less in the shower. Breakfast really needs improvement. The daily staples are idli, medu wada and dosa. Common guys a little variety please !!

Rooms are good with the facilities

I booked 2 rooms .. checkin starts 12noon but got 1 room @ 2pm only ... though I checked out 8am next day morning.

Reception can be more friendly ..

Incredible hidden gem in bengaluru..

excellent hotel and mind blowing service.. all the facilities are on par to any top class western hotel ..

Great staff, good facilities but THE WINDOWS DON'T OPEN

The location is excellent and the staff is extremely friendly and service oriented. Facilities are good as well, however, in our case the room was heavily perfumed with some sort of air refreshener and the windows of the hotel do not open. For me unfortunately, that was a reason to leave the hotel as I could not sleep and got a headache from the scent. Again, even with this nightmare scenario, the staff was very friendly and helpful. First they tried to re-book us to their other property, which has windows that open and then, when they saw the other hotel was booked out, they initiated reimbursement for the remaining nights that we had already payed. Long story short: Would be an excellent hotel if it weren't for the lack of windows which in our case unfortunately was a dealbreaker.

The windows donßt open and the rooms are heavily scented with air refreshener, soap or something.

charged for full day as I arrived early at 8 am and on request also didn’t favour early check in and then the front desk asked for half day charges extra for early check in

Very recommendable accommodation, wished we stayed longer.

Very helpful staff, new and big rooms. We enjoyed staying here. For breakfast you‘ll get everything you want, freshly made eggs and tasty dosas.

The breakfast coffee could be stronger ;)

Very clean hotel in a quiet area with easy access

Very clean rooms and close to public transportation. Very good laundry service

The restaurant food was not very appetising and there was very little variety There was no gym or any other facility like the other branch in 3rd block

Very good

The dishes were not cleared on time after keeping them our in the corridor- the cleaning team needs to check these and clear these, to avoid smells, pests in the corridor.
