Disappointing

Cool buildings next to hotel, nice administration

- Spa was not available (no pool, no sauna) - No hot water in one of the showers (we had two seperate rooms) - Toilet did not lock in one of them - Snooker was pricy (10€) - The window was broken and could not be closed in one of them

Salt room,, view to industrial building, opportunity to have dishes, ketel, fridge. Big thanks for that.

Smell, carpet that was obviously wet in past and had a mold. Danger to health to stay in such room. Sound isolation 0.

The bedding was clean.

Receptionist didn’t speak any english, asked if we could speak Russian. We couldn’t. Throughout the whole building there was a specific smell. Our room was pretty tidy, couple of stains across the carpet and chipped skirting board corners. Rail in our bathroom was wobbly, therefore we count use it to store our towels. The worse are was the swimming pool and the whole SPA area. Pool lane floating dividers had a really bad residue build-up. Disgusting. The tiles were partially discoloured to orange shade with could indicate mould… Saunas need some repairs too… The pool is located on the 3rd floor, unfortunately we have been assigned a room on the 2nd floor so for about 2hours we could hear some drilling and furniture rearrangement.

Amazing host, very friendly and caring. Both we and our dog felt the most welcome)) We traveled by car, it was super easy to find the place (Even thought the navigator died 🤣) and park there. Everything is nice and clean, very quiet and peaceful. The room was comfortable as well. We are very pleased to see a place where we are welcome with our pet as well. Great place, will definitely visit it again 👍👍

Place to crash overnight and nothing else.

Price/comfort ratio is appropriate. Decent overnigh location

The place is located in former indutsrial zone, so don't expect the view from your window ;). Inside building has very strong industrial disinfectant smell. Rooms are very spartan.

Overall, a decent stay

Quiet stay. For the lovers of urban industrial landscapes, a true paradise. A swimming pool for additional fee. Close to my location. Polite staff. A cozy room, with everything at arm’s reach.

Average bedding. No breakfast at all despite it being listed as an available option for the day of booking.

It was cheap and staff at the reception were nice too.

*Location. Surrounded by the Ghetto. You will see and you’ll understand what I mean by this. Old factories without windows, no lights, very unsafe to walk when it’s dark so we had to order a taxi every time, even when we were quite close to the location and potentially could walk. *Breakfast. Staff at the cafe were rude, almost asking ‘why you came here? We only do delivery around the town…’. At the end they offered us a few bits and those bits were tasty. *Carpets were sticky, but generally the room was okay.

Spa hotel with no spa. Booking said that there is a spa renovation until April 2021, but in August spa was still closed.

Good value for money. It was clean and comfortable, ideal for few day stay.
