Feels like home.

Central location, close to beaches. Very helpful and cheerful staff.

There was a lot of construction noise and motorcycle noise around. I hope it is temporary.

Great value for money and location

Great location, 5 minutes walk to the beach. Very large room with everything you’d need in the kitchen if you wish to cook. Friendly and helpful staff.

Better value else where

The room was very spacious with a nice kitchenette which includes a hob, a fridge, sink and crockery to accommodate guests numbers. The staff are friendly and the pool is decent.

Upon arrival we noticed that the TV wasn't working and reported it to staff. Not the biggest deal for us as it's not something we're fussed for. Although they said they would come and check, nobody came for the duration of our two night stay. The door in the bedroom was broken, but nobody told us this. The room has had repairs done, but with little effort to cover up what was there in the past. For example a new Aircon unit was installed at some point, but there was evidence of where the previous one was, with plaster marks visible. Sellotape on the curtains, unsure as to why. Dirty windows too. These are not big issues by any means and if you're looking for budget, with a pool this will meet those basic needs. But in a three week travel across Greece we stayed in much cheaper places which were A LOT nicer and better value for money. We say ditch the pool, find an apartment and go to the beach. It will be much nicer. Way over priced at what we paid.

Brilliant we will be back

quite simple furnishings but spotlessly clean. Every member of staff we met was helpful and friendly. Great central location but hotel was quiet so we slept well.

Although it didn’t affect us if we had wanted to cook anything the kitchen equipment was very limited.

Nice memories of Greek island holidays past

Good location, easily accessible to both the central area and the beach. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The holiday apartment was retro style, which we liked as it was a reminder of Greek island holidays years ago. The reception and pool areas were nicely maintained.

The apartment cleanliness was ok, though there were some signs of the previous guests in the kitchen and bathroom. There were no washing up products or cleaning/drying cloths for the kitchen. The old mattresses were not very comfortable.

Everything is excellent. Next summer I will visit with my wife without any delay. Everybody helpfull and always smile. Hotel's location near everywhere in centre.

Very happy with our stay.

Mariana and Lulu have been very helpful, polite and funny. Nothing was problem for them. Early check in or calling taxi for us. Very close to main Termini station and metro. (8min walking) Close to plazza Republica 10min walk where is metro too.

Not recommended until renovation of the hotel…

The Staff is Friendly The location is great

The beds are Terrible.. (like wood) No hot water for two days (it is cold in the morning and evening end of September) No amenities (no soap, shampoo…) All furnitures are dilapidated

Superb

perfect location, close to Kos Harbour, beach and shops. our room had a huge balcony facing the sreet, ideal for a summer vacation. soundproof windows are very useful.

in the kitchen we didn’t have dishwasher or sponge or anything…and we had to ask the housekeepers to make it up for us. the breakfast is not in buffet style. you can choose from 3 types of breakfast, and they serve everything to the table. also you can only ask for espresso, no milky option is available

Good breakfast for 10 euro I had the Greek breakfast which was enough for 2 of us as we don’t normally eat much in the morning. Hotel within 3 min walk to dolphin square and the old town, nice pool. Large one bedroom apartments with mini kitchen.

Room is over priced, this out-dated hotel!

the location and the staff

it needs a total restyle, furniture and decoration is from the 70sand has never had a good make over! very decadent , the price is far too high for the level of the rooms! if it wasn’t for the staff I would have given it a lower score!

Short and not sweet filled with disappointment,not good enough in 2022

We didn’t stay due to the poor quality of the room

The room smelled of smoke and had holes in the ceiling the beds creaked when you looked at them there were exposed wires in the bathroom, the room was clean as was the bedding but it looked tired and old. We were not at all satisfied with it and left straight away. Who ever took the pictures to advertise this property is a legend

We had a great stay and didnt expect it to be a fancy hotel cause of the price, but the small things like the door, warm

i like that the price was cheap and you get what you pay for. Excellent service from the people that work there. The pool was sooo good as well

i didnt like the fact that my appartement almost broke with everything we did. The Cabinets were almost broken and the AC in the livingroom didnt work. Also one of our balcony doors didnt open/close properly. And we did not have warm water in the shower.

Location and value for money for 1 night in Kos Friendly and supportive staff, great breakfast!

Basic room with poor furniture and equipment, the room had visible wires. AC had no remote controller so we had to keep a window open in order to stop it Cleaning was sufficient Not enough noise isolation, could hear noise from nearby rooms

Very enjoyable stay which was exactly as described

The hotel was exactly as described with the room serviced every day. Some small problems with the room were fixed straight away. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the pool was exceptionally well maintained.
