Rien et puisqu’il s’agit de l’hôtel qui nous a renvoyé dans l’un de leur hôtel similaire le Little palace à 500m sans vraiment d’explication le jour même nous nous permettons de noter cet hôtel puisqu’il serait identique selon l’hôtel Bonaparte à celui que avions réservé

L’emplacement… en plein centre ville, restaurants aux abords et concerts le soir jusqu’à tard la nuit. Impossible d’ouvrir la moindre fenêtre. Chambre non climatisée, un ventilateur qui brassait de l’air chaud. Impossible de dormir entre les nuisances plus que sonores et la chaleur. La dame était par contre très accueillante malheureusement nous avons fait nuit blanche dans un hôtel dans lequel nous n’avions pas demandé à y être.

Camera essenziale ma pulita

Struttura essenziale. A due passi dal centro e dal porto turistico. Parcheggio sotterraneo proprio di fronte. Nel piazzale si possono parcheggiare le moto liberamente

La camere e il bagno piuttosto piccoli e datati. Le camere sono disposte su 4 piani senza ascensore. La reception chiude alle 24 e apre alle 6 per cui fuori da questi orari non è possibile accedere alla struttura. Quindi il rientro è entro le 24 come in collegio

Habe mich in der Buchung völlig vertan

Es war sauber

Es war im 1.Stock von der Strasse her extrem laut. Zudem war es heiss ohne Klimaanlage. Ich hatte 2 Tage gebucht, blieb aber nur 1 Nacht. Ausrüstung war minimal. Lage ist an einem sehr lauten Ort.

Accueil sympathique, décor de charme de l’établissement et de la chambre, proximité du centre historique

Difficile d’installer un ascenseur mais peut-être un monte charge pour monter la valise dans les étages

Very good

the staff at the front desk were always very friendly and they spoke good English. It was also close to the port and the train station which made it easy to walk to them

there was no elevator which wasn’t a major issue for us but walking up and down the stairs every time could be tiring for others

Friendly Welcome and Perfect Location

An enjoyable experience from the moment of checking in - friendly welcome and room was great size with everything I could need. Fantastic breakfast available. Perfect location for taking in sights of Toulon.

A short stay, but comfortable and clean, and perfect for my purpose.

This hotel is very conveniently located for the centre of Toulon and is only just up the road from the ferry terminal, which was important for me because I had to catch a ferry very early the next morning. It is a little old-fashioned, but the staff were all helpful and friendly, and I was provided with a quiet, very convenient room on the first floor. It was comfortable and clean, ideal for me and my dog and cat, and there was not too much carrying involved because it was near the stairs.

People need to know that there is no lift. Also, the electrical system is a little eccentric. The electricity for the room is operated from a switch by the bed, which wasn't altogether clear, and the lights in the passageways go out too quickly. More than once I was left in the dark on the stairs.

Great location, basic facilities, can be noisy and hot.

The location is fabulous, close to all the bus terminals that can take you to the beach. As well as being close to the city centre! The staff are very lovely!

There wasn’t a fridge or kitchenette in the room. My room was also up 3 massive flights of stairs (trouble when carrying luggage). My room (room 16) has no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so it became very humid all the time. Also, my room as right next to a church, in which the bell rang every hour from 9am - 9pm (21hrs), as well as being above a noisy pub.

I was helped by the staff from before my stay to hours after checkout and was pleased with the room.

Fantastic location, friendly staff, air conditioning, clean bathroom, and a comfy bed. They also held my bags before check in and after check out.

The lack of an elevator wasn't great but young travelers are well able to manage. The room was a little bit small, but I can't complain as it was better than I expected.

Would never stay here or recommend anyone else stay here again.

I was made to pay up front, but the card machine was not working properly. Upon returning from dinner to retrieve my room key, I had to wait for the reception to return. A friend of the receptionist was seated on the couch, doing nothing. With repeated knocking and then an attempt to get the key myself, the receptionist returned and became agitated.
