We stayed in the village for two day and only one in this hotel. the property was not clean at all. there were hair in the room floor and especially in the bathroom. even thought we did not open the windows at all , the room was full with mosquitoes ( like 8-9 in the room )

location
5.0 / 10.0
it was sufficient and relatively comfortable
it certainly was not the distance described from either the centre or very specifically the beach which was a long steep downhill path of much more than 150m

The location in Agia Galini was perfect.
Normally we don’t write bad reviews, but in this case we want to warn people for this place.
- The host was not welcoming. It was a ‘hi’, here is your key and your room and that’s it.
- The room was not clean. There was still dirt on the floor, the equipment in the kitchen and aslo the furniture was sticky and there where a loooot of ants on the balcony.
We said something about it. The only thing they did was kill the ants. They left all the dead ants on the balcony..
- Almost no equipment in the kitchen. Not possible to cook or clean something.
- we booked a room with seaview but the only thing we saw was a big tree.
- The pool area was disgusting. Not cleaned for months I guess. A lot of dirth in the pool and on the soil.
Normally we’re easily satisfied, but in this case we really don’t understand the positive reviews about this place.
The plan was to stay 7 nights, but we left after 1!
They didn’t ask us anything when we checked out. Not even a “sorry to hear” or “can we do anything about it”.
We hope that they do something about it for the following quests…

Nice staff, nice area.
The bed and the pillows were way below the acceptable standards. I am 75 kg, my wife is much less, but we were afraid that the bed will be broken, in every movement. The mattress were over worn, literally the sunbeds were more comfortable.
The main door has window, with poor noise damping, therefore the whole corridor wakes up when someone louder arrives back to the hotel. As everybody liked the nice pubs in the town, it was frequent. So we just hoped that we are the last.

pool area is nice, staff very welcoming
The pillows! felt like laying on 2 solid memory foam pillows. maybe opt for a softer option too! that’s it :)

Friendly reception on arrival. The room was clean and spacious. Car parking was conveniently close to the room. The hotel is in a quiet location off a side street and only a 3-4 minute walk to the town centre and the small harbour. On the evening we arrived there was an open-air concert in the small amphitheatre on the side of the hill overlooking the harbour. There are several tavernas, bars and cafes in the town in the quaint narrow streets.
We only stayed for one night, but had we stayed longer we would have requested a room change, only because the outside 'patio' area was very small (just about enough room for one bistro table and two chairs), but no view - apart from the flat roof of a building opposite. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, but there was no catch on the door to keep it closed when the bathroom was in use! There was an AC unit in the room, but no remote control. As it happened, we didn't need the AC on that night. I'm sure that if the AC was needed we would have asked for a control and received one.

Location in this hilly town was just about perfect. Parking in the port most of the day is almost impossible, especially with all the ‘day trippers.’ Restaurants provide an amazing array of food - you will not go hungry.
The beds!!! Hard as a rock. Like sleeping on granite flagstone.

the terrace and the garden were very confortable, and the view from the pool to the city was wonderful
maybe the ventilation of the room, bc when you take a shower, the bathroom was really wet and doesn’t have an air scape

Very sweet staff, Grisula and her dog Liza are amazing. Liza always welcomed us home. Lovely sunbeds at the poolside and great view.
If I could give feedback it would only be that it took sometimes a little bit longer for the shower to get warm and it was difficult to keep it fixed on the wall, but that is nothing compared to the lovely, authentic scenery and staff.

Safe area. Good location. The cats were friendly.
Like my social media profile, the photos from 10 years ago make it look much better than it is. If you're travelling solo, don't worry, you'll make friends with all the mosquitoes. And if you like warm weather, then you'll enjoy the broken air conditioning. Extremely basic. Stained bed sheets. Reception closed over night, and not much help.

Excellent view of the bay and beach, looking eastward toward Kokkinos Pirgos. Huge rooms and balcony (we had apartment 171) , nice swimming pool and deck. The owner/operators, a mother and her daughters, are wonderfully helpful and friendly; the hotel is named after the late father of the family, whose portrait behind the reception desk well suits his name :-) Good parking, though steep at the end of the level street.
Lack of hot water in the morning (say at 7 am). The juice at breakfast; in other respects, the breakfast is basic but good. This is a location best accessed by car or motorcycle unless you are very athletic, though in every other respect it is superb.

The great terrace with a terrific view on the mountains and the sea, big appartment

The breakfast had a good selection of cereal, fruit, yoghurt, eggs and bread. The view from the terrace was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
A few more glasses and cutlery would be helpful.

The room was pleasant and finally, I had a proper bathroom!
I like the terrace and the sea view but I would advise adding a sunshade with a chair to enjoy it at this time of year.
Great pool!
Continental breakfast was all right except for the 'orange juice', which again was colored water!

All good. Will return next year if possible

Nice view from room.
AC in our room was loud, we couldn't sleep with it on.

The location was high on a hill where you can see the sea and mountains, quite picturesque.
The room was simple with no kettle to make coffee.
9.6 / 10.0
Big balcony with sea view, nice pool with sea view, very helpful and friendly front desk staff with excellent English, but especially, that our room was advertised with no fridge, and we asked for one and were given one.Bus stop in front of hotel.
Nothing.
