Disaster, we end up leaving the city and go to our next destination

Nothing , old outdated and not clean

We refused to stay and left the property this is how bad it was. The 8.3 rating on the site is farce and not true.

The price is good, and again, you can't beat the location.

I stayed twice at this hotel. The location is really great, it's right on Oviedo's central park and very close to the shopping streets. The rooms are comfortable, though both my rooms faced an internal space, so there's no scenery out the window. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The price is good, and again, you can't beat the location.

Central location; spotlessly clean room and bathroom; blackout blinds; comfortable bed with nice bedding and very quiet room. Our dog was welcome. Parking in secure garage very close for E8 per day

Good location on a beautiful park. Parking around the corner for €10 a day OR if you can get the car parking attendant to understand €16 for 2 days.

Was charged €10 per day for two nights parking at the lot when it's €16 for 2 days, but there was confusion due to our very poor Spanish.

We were offered a room in different hotel just few blocks away, but I liked it even more as it looked freshly renovated while the original one looked a bit outdated. The room was quite nice with everything necessary and staff was very friendly.

Fantastic spot for people traveling with pets

Loved the location and perfect place to bring your pet! Great park across the street. Really friendly staff, easy walk to all sites, restaurants and bars.

Rooms on ground floor can be a bit noisy from tv in reception

Great value, location, and comfort

A great place overlooking the city park. Our triple room was roomy, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The location is convenient to the old city and both the train and bus stations. We would definitely stay there again!!

The three of us were unable to connect to the hotel wi-fi for some unknown reason. We have never had the problem elsewhere, so we were really frustrated, though we're able to get wi-fi at a nearby cafe .
