Neat and Clean Rooms

The Orion Greater Kailash offers the best value for money in New Delhi. The rooms are clean and luxurious, and the staff is very friendly. The hotel’s location is very Good makes it a perfect choice for visitors.

The ranking of this hotel is not up to date (hotel changed, old good reviews still valid)

Location is ok. Staff helped me to relocate to a different hotel of The Orion group which was closeby and much better than this one without any cost impact. They also transferred my luggage. Still had to sleep at this place for 2 nights (instead of 7)

Almost everything was not according to expectations. Was my second visit of this hotel after december 2019. I could not recognize anything. The name changed and probably owner too. This hotel needs a heavy refurbishment and actually felt more like sleeping in a construction site than a hotel. Very noisy hotel even at 2 am (drilling and hammering). Construction material stored in the corridor. Humidity marks on walls. Lift out of service. Room service not picking phone. Breakfast opening at 8:30 which is too late for working professional (although in the reception it is written 7:30). Dirty tables at breakfast (had to ask 2 times to have it cleaned properly). Stains and holes on bedsheets. Stinky cupboard. Noisy AC…

Poor breakfast, Rude receptionist, breakfast not in this orion building but in another building. Staff uncourteous.
