Upon arrival to the property we were greeted by the owner of the B&B. She was a very approachable and friendly lady.
We were shown to the room, which was spacious. There was tea/coffee making facilities.
The room was very clean.
As we were attending a wedding locally, the owner offered to drop us off the at wedding venue.
The next morning a full English breakfast was delivered in a beautiful wicker basket. There was a selection of cereals to choose from in the room, and a fresh pint of milk in the mini fridge.
The shower was lovely and the towels sumptuously soft.
Checking out was easy.
I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would return. Thank you

Great decor carpets
Nice Size bathroom
Great Breakfast good portions .
Bathroom stool a little dusty
A couple of small black marks on inside of Quilt cover.
Had to watch my head a couple of times as sloping ceiling in parts.

Excellent breakfast delivered to the room! Plenty of milk and orange juice in convenient in-room fridge. Extremely quiet location. Comfortable bed. Good, powerful shower.
Only downside was some evidence of black mould around base of shower, but bathroom otherwise spotless.

Everything was simply fantastic.
Clean, tidy, friendly, accommodating.
How often do you get breakfast in bed. Just wonderful.
Nothing at all. Couldn't fault anything.

Everyone very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was outstanding, delivered to the room and was delicious. Very comfortable sofas and bed. Would definitely return and highly recommend.
The only thing to mention is that there was no blind on the door, all the other blinds were blackout which was appreciated but the light from the door spoiled this effect.

Location was perfect as we were attending a wedding near by. Anna was kind enough to give us a lift to the venue. Our stay was comfortable and breakfast was delicious.
4.7
Breakfast was very good, with gluten free bread provided as per booking request. Location was chosen as a convenient location.
We didn't see our host at all during our stay.
Although we accept there is a going local rate for B&B, £90 for one night, and even £81 the price had risen from during the course of making the booking (!), felt pricey.

lovely location. great breakfast. lovely people. great value
room was quite warm.

clean and very comfortable lovely breakfast.
Great communication and very helpful host.
Was just overnight following a wedding but think farm and surrounding areas would be lovely to explore.
O2 very poor phone signal, which I know is common in the surrounding area, but with no internet couldn’t use watsap or messenger FaceTime to communicate to friends I’d arrived safely. But this is a technical thing and nothing against the property or hosts.
4.7
The breakfast was plentiful but, more importantly, was of great quality - delicious and fresh. The location was excellent - quiet with a pub doing evening meals just a 5 minute walk away. Very quiet - and on a farm too!
Mind your head! The accommodation is on the first floor of a converted building and, whilst very comfortable the angle of the walls, as they slope up to the apex, makes it very easy to 'head' the walls in the room and en suite. Oh and there's no phone signal in the immediate area.
4.7
the uniqueness of being on a working farm.
all was good, no dislikes. A better Ironing board might help some guests. But that’s not worthy of any type of complaint.
4.7
Beautiful location and the room was lovely and private and spacious. The host was incredibly helpful and the breakfast was on another level!
