Amazing base for visiting mountainous Cyprus

It was surprising to see that the place also have a swimming pool, good selection of beverages, and even a small restaurant. It is more than enough to cater for groups and for couples seeking for beautiful landscape and accommodations

Beautiful view, pretty clean.

Nice Mountain View from the balcony. There were some problems for staying additional night but host did his best to solve everything.

Balcony could use a sweep as birds are living there and pooping everywhere. Nobody warned us that you would have to pay for the breakfast, I thought that it was included as host just asked when do we want it.. but maybe it’s my own fault I didn’t specify if it’s included.

It's an okay option for a night.

The staff was nice, and the view on the balcony was beautiful. Room was nice.

There was a pool but it was VERY dirty so we couldn't use it. When we had to check out, the connection was bad so there was an issue when paying with a card. It could have saved time if the payment was taken when booking. We have stayed in various places now and in comparison, the price for Themis house was a bit too much since it didn't even have a pool and there is not much to do.

Endless sunsets and beautiful views

Incredible location with heart-stopping views of the sunset. Only 12-30 minutes from the best hikes in the Troodos Mountains. Joanna, Mohammed and their team are wonderful, so friendly and eager to make your stay the best it can be.

Perfect hideaway in a silent village

Perfect location in a very silent village and perfect staff. If you're looking for something like this - that's the right place. And their village style breakfast was nice and great value for money

Don't expect anything modern and ask in advance if the heating is on when you're coming in cold season. Also bed linen was with some stains, but washed

Nice place, nice stuff, comfy bad and nice view from the terrace.

We spend only a night here. The room was perfect for it. It was clean and the sunset from the balcony was amazing.

Themis House - solo traveller

The room was lovely and clean, with a comfy bed. Good wifi, hot water

Central heating was super hot, first night I couldn't sleep easily - also it needs some serious soundproofing, I could hear clearly conversations from both rooms next to me. Either than that I would love the whole experience. Oh and if this helps the owners please fix the light in the kitchen in room 8 :)

I think that the manager was not there, two young men at the reception, breakfast only “after 9 a.m.” and the heaters were at their maximum with no possibility of reducing them, we had to sleep with the windows open with 5 degrees outside. No possibility to have dinner (“sorry, we haven’t dinner today “) and the nearest restaurant was 4,5 km far.... I am sure that if the manager were been there everything could be better!!

Superb

Hotel is nice and cozy. There is nothing to do around in the village, but if you are looking for a getaway from everything - this is a great one. For additional price there is possibility to ask for a dinner - I recommend that.

Good base for hiking in Trodos

We probably had the best room in the house (5), which had a big terrace with magnificent views and sun through out the day. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

There were few small things: - kitchenware: new frying pan is needed badly, there could be two pots (big and small), only 1 fork etc; - bedside lamp did not work and all the rest of the lights were very intense (cold); - staff did not know how to use the oven, so we had to google the instructions - it would be good to have printout in the room.

Great Location

The view is wonderful , a vista across the mountains and sitting on the balcony at sunset was magical. The village below makes a pleasant walk although the two churches were closed and it was a bit of an effort uphill to Themis House. There appeared to be no shops etc in the village so bring food to cook in your room which is well supplied with cooker etc.

We had read great reviews of the food cooked by the owners but were disappointed by Dinner and breakfast. Both served on the terrace which is lovely but although reasonable and copious were ordinary , this may be the new owners getting established .

Themis house is a hidden gem in a very small village! We enjoyed our stay looking at the breathtaking view to the mountains! Iannulla and Themis are very friendly and welcoming. For dinner we enjoyed an amazing home made cooked meal by Iannulla. We will come back for sure!

Beautiful mountain look out - we could not have asked for a better experience

We loved our stay. The view from our balcony overlooking the mountains was amazing and the atmosphere at Themis house is just relaxed and friendly. We felt very welcomed and comfortable.
