Everything was perfect, the contact with Marina beforehand and whilst there was good. Anastasia was so helpful when we arrived and arranged for taxi to take us to port the next morning. Best location in Therma above Thermal spa and sound of sea at nighttime so soothing.
super outside terrace to enjoy the view of beach and lovely big balcony in room

Located in a remote, peaceful, scenic hot springs village. We appreciated that there was regular bus service to nearby Agios Kirykos, because we needed to go there for most shopping (the walk there was also very scenic). We enjoyed the beach and the cave with hot springs below the hotel. The municipal spa was also great! The hotel's terrace overlooks a beautiful view of the ocean and islands in the distance. Anastasia was impeccably kind, patient and admirably responsive to all of our concerns. We'll always remember the breakfasts she carefully prepared for us every day.
Rooms were very small, and we were uncomfortable with our room's lack of privacy. Its only window/view was a sliding door opening directly onto the fairly busy terrace used by all guests throughout the day for relaxing, eating breakfast, socializing, etc. Our bed was only a couple feet inside the sliding door, and there was no other place in the room for us to sit; so we felt totally exposed to anyone walking by. Closing the shutters would have left us in a dark and viewless room. Since there were no other rooms available during our stay, we just resolved to forget about privacy. After a while, we got kind of used to it.
Also, upon arrival we were surprised and disappointed to learn that breakfast was no longer included with the room, since wording online mentioned the complimentary breakfast. When we brought this up, staff carefully listened to our concern and worked to implement changes in that wording. They also kindly offered us complimentary breakfasts during our stay.
Another minor but frequent irritation was hearing water noisily running down through a pipe in our bathroom whenever the toilet was flushed in the room above ours...infrastructure could use a bit of updating!

The staff was so helpful. Marina arranged taxi pick up from airport and car rental. Very easy yo communicate with by email. The staff was delightful. Brought breakfast to us every morning and provided great suggesting of places to go and see.
The view outside our room and on our terrace was amazing!

The location, the relaxed atmosphere and the warm welcome.

Everything was brilliant. Marina was always about to keep an owner's eye on the needs of two oldies. And hour to hour Anastasia fed us and made real friends of us. They arranged for Nikos to drive us with consideration and aplomb. Stunning location. Absolutely stunning.
Perhaps the many steps we had to climb.

The hotel is very near the thermal springs and has lovely views across the bay. Marina kindly organised taxis for me (the summer bus schedule ends in Aug...who knew?). Nice, homemade breakfast and a clean, functional room. Great for a couple of days.
The bathroom was dated and it was a hand-held shower (which seems to be the norm in Ikaria?!).

Location! Directly above the thermal cave, stunning sea & village views.charming well appointed rooms with crispy white linen. Small boutique hotel feel with spacious terrace to enjoy daily breakfasts or sip on your self catered F&B. Community feel amongst other guests.
Shower recess with hand held nozzle a little tricky

Marina and her staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. I would recommend to anyone visitig the area! Just feet from the hot thermal springs and the beach right outside your window and plenty of dining within a few steps. STAY HERE!
There are quite a few steps to get to the property- but worth it for the view!

We stayed here for one night and that was perfectly fine. location is very nice and I would recommend to get a room at the first floor with sea view: beautiful view and the balcony is spacious enough. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Marina wasn’t there but she gave us a personal call to check if everything was okay. Price is fair.
For one night is wasn’t an issue but the room and bathroom was rather small. Shower was a bit cramped. No parking space next to hotel.

I don't know from where to start... Everything was perfect, gorgious view, very clean and cosy, with the best bed and lovely super confortable pillows, and a perfect balcony. The perfect place to relax! And the best part, Marina and her crew are super polite, helpful and hospitable. They made us feel like home. We will definitely visit them again!
We liked everything! If I have to mention something, the room was a bit narrow, but who cares!
