Posizione ideale
Il bagno era orrendo.praticamente la doccia era attaccato al vaso . Porte che toccavano il ginocchio. Ho trovato un pelo nel bidet. In camera c’era un odore sgradevole.
1.5
La distanza dal mare praticamente sulla spiaggia
Camere vecchie sporche arredamenti antichi nel complesso assolutamente non adeguati ad un quattro stelle

The hotel is located right opposite and facing the Riccione beach. We had a room facing the sea, and were treated to the most magnificient view of the sunrise!! The breakfast is generous and has good variety, along with great service!

The location is great.
That is not a 4-star hotel, not even 2. It is very old, shabby, and uncomfortable with such tiny rooms from the 60' last century. It needs a serious refurbishing and it seems that nobody cares about it. But they didn't hesitate to ask for 3 euros to pay for the tiny fruit that I took after my paid breakfast. A shame!

The location, the staff, and the breakfast were amazing!
The rooms are outdated and can use some renovation.

Right next to the beach and close to all the restaurants. really good location.
Eggs and Bacon were seriously under cook every day but there is plenty of other options to choose from.

Nice sea view. Close to the beach.
swimming pool is not part of the hotel. If you want to use the swimming pool you must first pay for sunbed and umbrella then you can pay for the swimming pool, which is full of people from different hotels.
The air conditioner is extra week, couldn’t get the temperature below 24 degrees.
The breakfast was disgusting: greenish cold scrambled eggs, braunish awfull sausage. Bakery were no fresh at all.
The room was so small that we have to put our luggages out to the balcony.
It is far away from a 4 star hotel.
