Needs improvement

The hotel itself was ok, decent location. The biggest problem was the total lack of working wifi. As tourists, we did not have cell coverage and we were expecting to have decent wifi. Turns out, that the wifi of the hotel has no password, and everyone including the employees as well as restaurant guests could use it to the point of which it simply did not work. We could not use our phones at all the entire trip, even for GPS or contacting our families back home, and we could not watch anything on the TV because the TV is wifi/streaming based. The cleanliness was good, but during our 11 day stay we barely received towel or cleanup services, even when we would ask the concierge downstairs. This was due to "employees not clocking in". This is a good budget hotel for the area, but it could be better if these issues were improved.

Best experience EVER

Upon check in, I was greeted by the front desk employees who in my opinion had the best customer service. The last time I stayed at the Royal Orchid was before Covid. The room has been renovated beautifully and is equipped with great amenities. The room was very clean and quite spacious. The gym equipment is brand new and the pool looks completely different (beautiful furniture). I’m definitely coming back.

I like that the value of the room is worth it. They have a decent view, big tub, separate shower, bidet, microwave, etc. Absolutely loved my stay here!

I’m very disappointed in the services the hotel offered

The location and layout was nice

They didn’t have the shuttle to the airport available so I had to get a taxi. The internet didn’t reach to my room. The pool and fitness center closed way too early.

the air con was COLD! for us, that's a must have on Guam. very comfortable sleeping area, big space, and the air was nice and cold! Great deal for the price! Great room for a night out!

the bathroom! wasn't able to use the bathtub (and was hesitant to use the shower) but I understand it's an old structure. so it's very nostalgic I guess for those of us who remember it from childhood (:

The cleanliness of the property is subpar. There was mold in the bathroom, cracking paint, and overall duty appearance. Definitely not worth the money to stay here.

It was good location... I love the place it was so accessible and the room is very big though it's kinda old but our stay is just fine...
