Raňajky boli výborné. Personál neustále doplňoval sortiment.
Okrem žalúzií na oknách by mali byť aj závesy. Zvyšuje to úroveň pohodlia.

Nice staff, nice public spaces. Very close to the city center.
Room more like a student accommodation, not a hotel style. Very noisy bed, but the mattress was fine.
Very hot inside. Couldn't open a window while sleeping, extremely noisy street with pubs and people crying on the street. Couldn't fall asleep even with the window closed. After a busy day I fell asleep at 3 a.m. Terrible experience.

Jezdíme opakovaně, skvělý je Alfréd 😄 a božské jsou snídaně

Primo v centru mesta, velice mily a ochotny personal, nadherne spolecne prostory, velmi prijemne pokoje. Vyborna s snidane a v pokoji vse, co je potreba.
Zda se, ze jsme bud nemeli stesti nebo se na ne teprve chystaji, ale nase koupelna by byla snesla lepsi peci. Ale nebyl to duvod ke stiznosti.

the most important thing was always working generously well: heating and hot water in cold December, and that's all that really matters in the end.
sure the room could have more stuff, the mattress could've been thicker, the decor more fancy, but those aren't a big deal compared to having heat in the cold winter when you need it...

Very clean. The young man on the front desk was excellent, he was very very nice and helpful. The room was massive and had everything you need, A great alternative stay very close to old Town

The room was more than I expected, as it included a kitchenette--fridge, cooktop, dishes, kettle, etc. The room was like a student dorm. The furniture was new--functional, clean, durable. Bathroom was functional and clean. There is a small private hallway that includes a full closet. This could be a good long-term rental as well. Location is in the old town on one end. Given the price and location, this room was a great deal. Also, the staff was helpful, friendly, and spoke great English. TV channels were mostly in Czech, with a few in German. My room also had a nice view of St. Wenceslas cathedral, which is just around the corner.
The main negative thing about the room was the temperature/noise situation. The hotel is wedged between two busy streets, with bars on both sides, so there will be noise from conversation and cars into the early morning. If it's hot in the summer, which it is, you'll have to open the window, due to the lack of air conditioning, which means you'll hear all that and sleep poorly. Additionally, you'll hear the church bells, which aren't as annoying, but which are loud. I know AC costs money to install and operate, but I think the hotel would do better to install it and charge a little more.
Another couple small things: the assortment of dishes needs both a lid to the pots/pans, and a genuine coffee cup or two (with a handle). Also, the room could use a safe.

Good hotel in town centre, price is as well ok. In room there is small kitchen, about which we do not know. But for longer visit it is big plus.

Location, communication with the staff, breakfast
Very noisy - room situated into the main street. Very hot - no air conditioning, so we had to had open windows, which was bad because in 1-3am there were very loud people and cars.

Good breakfast. Staff helpful. Very good location relative to old city and trams to and from station.
Laundry not clean. Had to wash clothes twice. No ironing facility.
Would have liked coffee and tea in the room as there is a good kitchenette.

Hotel in a noisy area, especially at night - returns from parties. Big room but sticky floor. Bathroom small. Very hard bed with soft pillows which I don't like. Standard breakfast, not so good coffee. Paid street parking. Good price for an overnight stay.

Good localization, breakfast was good, parking on the street but street was not very busy and during the weekend parking was free of charge. You can find restaurants close to the hotel. Room was clean and spacious.
Room although spacious, definitely wasn’t cosy - very dark furniture, small Windows and dark light. That is the place good for one-two nights stay.

location, a few minutes away from tram stop.
facilities were decent, we booked a triple room on the third floor and there was a moldy smell.

The microwave oven should always be!A stove is needed when people are going to live in a room for a long time...

Close to city centre, nice and clean room with bathroom and small kitchen. Enough space if you're going to stay for longer time, mattress very comfortable. Staff on reception very friendly. Good selection on breakfast. I'll gladly recommend this hotel to my friends.

All ok there

Very good location near to the railway station and city centre. Friendly and welcoming staff. Breakfast is included, which is a bonus.
It was a bit noisy outside in the night, but it is not the fail of the hotel.
