Location, room size, clean, responsiveness, coffees
First hotel where there’s a charge for a pool use. No shower in the pool area, ridden with pigeons. Outside area locked up at night so can’t sit and enjoy the lovely view. Air con did not work same as a fridge that delivered the noise only. Late check in (4) and early check out (10).

Was Fantastic room with a roof top pool. Everything about it was perfect ,location right in the heart of Gravina ,room was super clean and the bed was perfect. Breakfast was adequate with great coffee and the staff where very friendly. Big plus for us was the early check in which the staff organised very simply. Value for money this was top class.
4.3
Great location and good view over the square from the superior room.

Centrally located, The family suite had a really Nice size.
Breakfast was really borring, you hd tonpay extra to ise to pool which did not look that clean med you were not allowed The terrasse which seemed super odd - noone used The space at all when we were there. The placed overall just came off quite dated.

Prefectly located and equipped property with beautiful view and a swimming pool.
Did not notice anything to dissatisfy me

central location
we looked forward to the roof-terrace but it was closed in may
4.3
Beautiful location, great room.
Directions to the location were confusing: we almost got stuck in an alley. Google did not serve us well. It didnt help that it was a festival weekend, but once we got oriented, it all worked out.
4.3
Exceptional location and a lovely bright outlook. Very comfortable.
Nothing.

Constantine! the gentleman that checked us in was the best part of this stay. he was so pleasant and helpful. he almost made up for the sweltering night!
be warned: some rooms DO NOT have AC!
wish we’d known that before booking during a heatwave. unfortunately some rooms open to a busy pedestrian street which is noisy all night, so opening a window for some reprieve came at a cost of a sleepless night.
the cover photo of this hotel is nothing like most rooms. while clean enough, the rooms looked more dated than quaint.
4.3
No food was included.
the street that passes in front is a dead end. I would have liked to know that first.
4.3
everything. location, view, courtesy of the staff
what can I say? We liked it all.

The location is fabulous, right next to the main piazza & the building has the feel of an old luxury hotel, the staff were so helpful and let us park our bikes in the garage (even the garage was luxurious!). Our room on the top floor opened on to a balcony with views back to the dome of church next door, the views from to terrace looked over the ravine
4.3
Very good location - between cathedral and famous bridge. Good standard, clean and quiet.

Gorgeous hotel with views overlooking a cathedral. Staff was super helpful and friendly

We loved the guys on reception and the owner. Room was fantastic and so comfortable and location city centre.
Not noisy at night.
We didn't like that it was 100 euro for our family to use the pool, discounted to 50 euro. This is crazy as an all day nearby waterpark was 57 euro all day.
The pool is on the roof and very small. We appreciate it's a bonus as it is city centre but even 5 euro per person would be fair, not 20 euro per adult and 10 per child.
Parking is also a big issue. You have to feed the meter until midnight and from 0700 am. It means finding and keeping a space problematic.

Very clean and fancy place in a very good location, walking distance to sights and restaurants, although no parking spaces nearby as the old center is no-driving zone, but that's okay, we received good info regarding this. We didn't use the pool, but it seemed nice (not cheap to reserve), there's also hamam in the same building, all for extra cost. Comfortable and new amenities. Friendly and helpful staff.
During our first night there was a very loud private party on the rooftop that went until midnight after midnight, there was no info about it. Couldn't sleep until it was over. The fan in the room isn't powerful enough during hot days, but at night you can leave the window open. Other than that no real issues though.

The hotel is a renovated building and everything was top, combining old and new design. I would have chosen it again, it was very comfortable, spacious and clean, there were many towels per person moreover to their good quality and not being the typical non absorbent ones! There was also a fridge in the room. The staff was also very helpful and WiFi strong enough! Check in was easy and access to the hotel is possible whichever time through a card system.
There were hangers missing from the wardrobe what in our case was not critical, but just letting the establishment know that there are non removable hangers, in case they want to avoid having them stolen.
The concerning thing was that being in the center there was quite some noise from an adjoining building whose terrace was chosen for celebrations all 3 days/nights of our stay. If you care about the noise, better choose a hotel that is not in the center since Gravina center was packed at night during the hot summer months.

We stayed for one night and got a lot of reccomandations where to eat. Nice location in the old city center and nice view if you go up to the third floor. Nice bath; the bed was ok.
Eventhough it says b&b it really feels like an hotel stay. It is not cosy. We had a room without airconditioning (economy) so we opened the window but we were unlucky there was a party till 2 am in the city. So it was quit noisy.
I know the hotel can not do much about this.....

Fabulous position in the heart of the historic town. Lovely building, delightful views. (My room was on the top floor). The way the hotel is organised gives you complete dependence. There is someone at the front desk at set times - otherwise you come and go unobserved.
4.3
Nice reception, pleasant environment, breakfast was limited, as it was a voucher for a very crowded bar nearby.
Access is a bit difficult by car, but we could manage with the help of the staff
4.3
The place is really cool! In the middle of the historic center. We loved the terrace with the swimming pool and the view!
