appartement agréable et spacieux très bien situé et vue sur la mer, accueil manque de convivialité

La situation géographique : proximité du centre et vue sur la mer; appartement spacieux

L'accueil du propriétaire très moyen, minimum syndical, présentation de l'appartement comme un travail à la chaîne Cela ne correspond pas aux avis qui sont décrits sur votre site, exemple "hote accueillant, il avait tout préparé pour le petit déjeuner...", en réalité rien de tout ça....

Korcula was marvellous and memorable and Apartment Nina maybe it even more so. Watching the sunrise from the bedroom win

We only stayed for one night in the two bedroom apartment but we wished we could stay longer. The view from both bedrooms was stunning and the location in the heart of Korcula Old Town was perfect. Nina, was so warm and welcoming and she helped us carry our packs up the two flights of stairs. We appreciated her letting us store everything in the morning before our midday ferry and she moved them downstairs for us to collect on return from our island explorations.

Comfortable, good location and very friendly & helpful owner

the owner is super lovely and accomodating! We got there after taking the ferry and I Was very motion sick from the rough waters - we turned up early & the owner made sure the room was ready early for us so I could go in! The room has everything you need & in a good location, breakfast not included but there is a fridge, a table to sit, cups/cutlery and some fruit! We bought groceries the day before and had breakfast in our room.

Outstanding scenery, great people.

Great Old Town location with sea view. It is on the top floor so we got a bit extra exercise going up and down. It's close to both the Split-Dubrovnik and Orebic ferries and a Konsum market and cafes are nearby. A full-featured Tommy market is more of an uphill trek but has a much larger food and wine selection and better prices. Also recommend the Korkra Travel Agency on Put Svetog Nikole near the beach. Very friendly and helpful without the 'Hard sell' we've had in other places.

Perfect property with great hosts.

All the amenities you need to be comfortable even including a dishwasher! Perfectly located and hosts helpful and friendly

We were not informed that our booking fell just “out of season” and virtually EVERYTHING was closed. All the vibey restaurants, shops, no wine tours in fact the entire area was basically a ghost town!

Stunning location and apartment

Everything. Host joined us at the port. Left beautiful fruit for us to eat. All tea and coffee there. Fantastic location and views. We will definitely book again. Beds comfy. Loved it. Shame we only had 1 night.

Small towels but very minor and i need to lose weight 😁

Amazing view from the apartment window, just a few min walking from/to the ferry port (using the road along the beach, you can reach the location less hazard), unit at level 2.

Google map bring us to the wrong location, host is nice enough to find us.

Korcula is a special place and this apartment was lovely!

Super clean, great storage options to tuck your things away, window opens to the ocean so didn’t need AC, great location in old town.

Wasn’t easy to find but that was a Google map problem as the sign was clearly on the building once we found it.

a wonderful, relaxing stay

The marketing picture is what we saw from our 2 bedroom apartment. Just Gorgeous, and you can hear the waves. Very Comfortable bed. Sea was choppy so swam on other more protected side. The little pizzaria immediately next door is awesome.

Nothing except stairs, such is life.

5***** accommodation, absolutely fabulous in every way

Nina the host was friendly and welcoming and helped carry our luggage to the apartment. The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. The beds were so comfortable as were the pillows. I’m traveling with my sister and we have had good and bad experiences with booking.com but this is exceptional. Fantastic location, close to the ferry and lots of lovely restaurants. Korcula is a beautiful island to visit in stunning Croatia 🥰

Absolutely nothing. It’s not for anyone physically challenged as there are about 50 steps to the apartment but it is so worth it.

Lovely, perfect stay. Highly recommended.

Great stay at this Inn. Room was a little tight with a slightly slanted roof, but we had access to a large patio for breakfast or lounging. Bathroom was a little tight, but shower was big enough. Beautiful view of the water from our room with beach access one minute away. Easy walk to anywhere in Korcula town. Host was absolutely lovely and very helpful. AirCon worked well. Bed was comfortable. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Superb

The view was amazing! The location is awesome, a short walking distance from the ferry port and perfectly positioned in old town. The hostess was lovely and provided excellent dinner recommendations.

Very good

Great location with lovely view of the water, although the room is right above restaurants its double glazed so was actually really quiet at night. The room was very basic but it had everything you needed for a couple of nights and was very clean. Its location and price is why you stay here.

Exceptional

Lovely stay at Nina's rooms. The apartments are located really in the best possible place in Korcula, just above the main street with restaurants and overlooking the sea. Despite being above the restaurants, the place is quiet. You can also swim right off the apartments! But the best thing is clearly the staff, they went out of their way to help us, they were the kindest people we found in the whole country! We will definitely be back.

sweet room, best location, kind hosts

the room we’ve stayed in was on the last floor with a view over the pine trees and to the sea. purely incredible! the wind was constantly blowing gently through the window, so there’s no need for AC. that’s wonderful. the location is as central as it could be, but not loud or in any other ways unpleasant. the host were the kindest, we got all the information we needed - even welcome snacks in the room and they washed our laundry. so kind and hospitable! absolutely recommendable!

Pleasant

Great location and very clean. A care package of fruit and coffee was a welcome gift upon arrival. Owner very nice and allowed us to stay a bit later on our departure date.

It was over a restaurant and seaside promenade. Great when we used it but noisy fairly late and all the early morning delivery trucks woke us up.

Great location, large apartment and nice amenities

Great location on the Main Street in Korcula town-with many restaurants on the same street as right outside the old town walls We ate at one of the two restaurants our host owns-it was delicious-Pensatore Big-two bedrooms and sitting area and kitchen Fresh fruit and snacks provided as a welcome Owner allowed us to keep our bags there all day with a late ferry off the island

The apartment was on the top floor-about 50 steps up-although the owner helped us carry our bags up when we arrived-very nice!

Best location with the best view

The host was friendly and welcomed us in a very spacious and well equipped appartment. The location is the best in town with an outstanding view. It was great to wake up with the sound of the sea and have breakfast looking a monastery in the hills.

Exceptional

It is the second time staying at Nina’s (after a great experience last year). Great location with an amazing view looking out to the sea! The rooms are very clean and comfortable with all the main necessities readily available. There is a common access terrace with a nice view on the old town. The hosts are very friendly and kind, communication was quick and easy. Highly recommend for a stay in Korcula old town! We would not hesitate to come back again!

Conveniently located and nice accommodation.

The location is outstanding. Very close to the main square and a couple of minutes away from a swimming area. The accommodation is located on a street which is filled with classy restaurants. Picturesque backdrop as you look out the window.

Our shower was leaking.
