Centrale ligging, in opzet prachtige kamer maar door gebrekkige schoonmaak aan het vervallen

Vieze beschimmelde badkamer Wc zit tegen de muur waardoor je schuin moet zitten en de bril kapot is. Kapotte handdoeken

Highly Recommended!

Staff was very professional & friendly. Antonio has been responsive quickly to all my queries & request (like airport transfer, free print out of our bus tickets & boarding passes) before, during & after our trip. Mert was very accomodating, he even drove us to the airport upon request. Location of the apartment was central, few steps to everything one must see or visit in Old Town Kotor. Easy to locate, very accessible. And near to most restaurants, cafes & tourist spots. Clean, spacious room, tiny size of toilet & bathroom & lack of lift due to being low-rise property were not an issue. Below the apartment was the Patisserie, perfect to have coffee!

Very central, clean accommodation on the 3rd floor. Antonio was a very friendly host who made check-in very easy and quickly answered any queries throughout the stay. Excellent wifi signal. Recommended.

Friendly staff great location

Friendly helpful staff, great location in the old town, comfortable bed, kettle and tea provided.

The bathroom was awful. It’s so tiny that you can’t sit in the toilet with your legs out front, rather on an angle. The seat was broken as well so it was a challenge to use. We were upgraded for free to the balcony room, note this is right above the restaurant and loud until about midnight.

Book it before anyone else!

Stayed here for a few days as a solo traveler. I would recommend this place to anyone who visit Kotor and when this place is still available to book. The room is right located at the Main Street in Kotor old town and you are surrounded by many stores/restaurant/sight seeing locations. The room is cozy and may not be ample for dining area but the bed is comfortable. This place is clean with a small kitchen area with supplies. What I really like is the window can be fully opened for the fresh air and over look the busy street which make you feel you really live here. The owner is super friendly and care of the guests.

Fantastic little apartment right in the middle of the old town. Beautiful little apartments with a gorgeous view of the street and the mountains. Great manager. Our favourite place we stayed during the whole trip.

amazing location, very friendly and generous host.

reception was not always open. you will need to book your check in and check out ahead of time. fridge had mould growing inside. hot water switched off two minutes into shower. although the host notes that this is because the boiler was accidentally turned off, it was not turned off by me. I did not touch any boiler switch. If another guest accidentally turned it off and then I was in the shower with freezing cold water, this is still an issue worth mentioning and something that should be remedied by the property.

Superb

The host Antonio is the heart of the place. He is always smiling, polite and willing to help. Is it printing bustickets, finding timetable for the local football-games or having a sharper knife for cuting the bread in the room; everything was fixed rapidly. Antonio also speaks fluent english <3. We had a top level apartment with two floors, plenty of space for two people. Would be enough also for four people easily. Pictures show very well the place and having two bathrooms was super! Apartment Wine house does not offer a breakfast but the next door hotel offers a splendid breakfast on their beautiful terrace. We can recommend this place with warm heart <3

Some noice can come during the evevning from the music bar nearby, but it ends usually before midnight.

Long weekend In Kotor

Amazing apartments in the center of the old town. Brilliant location, lovely room and fantastic staff. Even had a small balcony which is lovely to sit out on in the mornings. Would definitely recommend this if you're looking for somewhere to stay in Kotor.

Superb

Loved our Eyrie. We chose to be on the 3rd floor and were rewarded with the sense of having an old stone tower to sleep in. Beautiful ceiling and sensitively included en-suite, not bad for a building 600-800 years old. Location could not be better, no steps between the bus station and the front door. 😂 Also, the old city was yours to explore before and after the tour crowds were there. Antonio was a great host, any issues very quickly dealt with.

Historical apartment situated just in the old town center, perfect choice for the quick visit of Bay of Kotor. Personnel was very nice, helpful and ready to provide any needed information. Air condition helped us to increase the temperature in the room, which is due to the location and old walls a bit colder and darker (which can be on the other hand an advantage in summer months)

Great location, great host, great value and beautiful city!

Antonio is fantastic! Great communication and a warm greeting upon arrival. We loved the apartment, which was located on the top floor. The apartment itself was two floors and we had 2 bedrooms 2.5 baths and a beautiful balcony. We loved everything about the apartment! If you are tall, be advised the bedroom ceilings are slanted. The lights stay on very low at night, so no fear of bumping your head! We loved the chocolate and other candy at the reception desk and it was nice to borrow the umbrellas! There is everything you could need and Antonio offers assistance with anything you may need.

There was a slight bit of noise at night from some pubs below...but nothing terrible and the music ended around midnight. We just used earplugs and kept windows closed- so not a big deal at all. After all the sightseeing, you will be tired and it should not be an issue!

Amazing location in the old town. Antonio was incredibly friendly and helpful he even carried our heavy bags up to the room. The room was beautiful and you were also able to hear a street musician play violin

A very minor problem was that the toilet was so close to the wall that your head could hit it. But for such an old room it's hardly worth complaining about

The position of the property is fantastic. A few steps from a wider street in the old town. The host is both friendly and efficient. Would reccommend to anyone going to Kotor.

The bathroom is small and could be tight for someone heavily built but was fine for us.
