Good location close to airport. Lovely older building with nice ambiance.

I like small “boutique slow” hotels because you have a closer relationship with the staff. I was arriving a little bit later in the afternoon, but Antonio expected me and was ready.

No complaints.

Ideal en Guate

La recepción hecha por Guadalupe, que fue perfecta. Su atención, demonstrando todas las cosas en el espacio. Creo que el hotel está entre uno de los mejores de Guatemala pues está muy cerca del aeropuero y facil acceso a muchos lugares, y te dan todas las informaciones y ayudas que necesitas a un buen costo.

No hay que reclamar, todo estubo increíble.

Incredible hotel, excellent staff, and within a stones throw of the centre.

We had an early flight the next day, the room was so quiet it was unbelievable. The staff from the check-in until check-out were exceptional. They even prepared a carry-out breakfast for us as we were leaving at 5am! The room was so clean and large, definitely exceeded our expectations considering it was a very last-minute booking.

If you fly out early morning, you have to take a cab to the airport. There's no hotel transport. But, the staff arranged it and were super friendly and helpful.

Unbeatable location, amazing staff, and a quaint garden that you can marvel at while eating breakfast.

Amazing location from the airport. It was a nice, clean property but the staff was truly what made my stay exceptional. They also had breakfast included which was great. The gentleman at the front desk deserves a raise for how truly amazing he was. They also organized my transportation to and from the hotel.

Quiet and comfortable stay in a boutique hotel with friendly staff.

Close to the airport but it was a beautiful small hotel with just 7 room, and a lovely courtyard garden where we were served a delicious breakfast. Much better than your standard hotel.

All good. No complaints.

Wish I stayed longer!

Front desk lady went beyond my expectations. Been staying at different hotels and nothing like this one. it’s clean, good vibe and great food. Safe location. I thought not having AC was going to be an issue but I was wrong, maybe because it’s December? Their patio is so relaxing, wish I could have stayed longer. Will definitely come back!

Fridge was unplugged, had to plug it myself. You can hear a disco near by, but it’s tolerable specially if you’re tired. Also, wall is thin you’ll be able to hear people talking next door. Thankfully they didn’t last long.

Nice confortable rooms

The best part are the staff, lovely hosts (I'm not sure if it's a family business but if it's not, they take care of it like it is). The rooms were clean and confortable. The location is pretty safe with a few shopping malls nearby and also real close to the airport.

The system of leaving the key and always having to ask to go out and come in for someone introvert as me was not ideal. I always felt bad for going out shortly and always having to call someone to open the door. The staff doesn't complaint, I just feel bad for doing it. The prices are a bit expensive but it was in the range from every hotel in that zone of Guatemala.

Super comfortable, staff super friendly and accommodating!

Excellent staff..friendly and helpful. Able to offer early brescas had early flight. Loved the decor and style of place.

Walls a little thin…had loud neighbours speaking very loudly on the phone until after midnight.

I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again if visiting Guatemala

The location in relation to the airport is great, the receptionist and cleaner were very helpful and friendly, with the cleaner lady even walking with me to show the way to a covid testing location. Breakfast was good, room very clean and the wife excellent.

The worst thing was the aircraft taking off, but it is to be expected, being near to the airport.
