Os staff são excelentes, a localização é ótima.
Nada.

El desayuno muy bueno. El personal muy amable
Algunas noches habia mucho ruido. En muchos hostales hay un horario de silencio donde se les pide a los huéspedes que respeten el sueño de otros. En este no creo que había esto y senti que era un poco un hostal de fiesta algunas noches. No era precisamente lo que buscaba.

Large hostel with good facilities that are clean and well maintained. Lots of showers and toilets. Common areas are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped.
Dorms have heating and are warm.
Lots of people so if you like socialising you will meet other travellers.
They organise transport to various hiking trails which is very convenient.

It was the most expensive hostel in Argentina that I stayed but prices are higher in Ushuaia so it’s not really a complaint. Quality wise I have nothing to complain about.

great breakfast. friendly staff. good location. nice common space.
too expensive for what you get.
showers were downstairs and not conveniently located to the room.
there were 8 people in the dorm which was crowded and you had to make your own bed.

Staff were very helpful and kind. Good laundry service. Large lockers in the room. Large kitchen and social atmosphere. Good breakfast.
Found the bunk beds quite basic and loud when people were moving, limited charging points.

Great location in the center of Ushuaia, plenty of groceries and restaurants around and walking distance to the main tours hub. Staff was pretty friendly and helpful. I didn't use the kitchen but it looked pretty well-equipped and maintained. The rooms were decent and had storage.
I would say that ideally, towels should come with the reservation if possible instead of renting. The beds were not very sturdy, I could hear and feel the noise really strongly when the bunkmate was moving. Also the water was cold in the showers for my first night and the shower didn't have any soap. The common space was also a bit small so I mostly ended up in the bed in the room since there wasn't much space to stay in the common area.

The staff was incredible, the common areas are gorgeous. The kitchen is huge and fully stocked to cook any food you bring in. The location is fantastic, and the price is really reasonable. They offer tons of tours, and laundry service, which is huge. It's definitely a place meant to encourage hanging out in the common area and meeting people to go on expeditions with. The outdoor area was really lovely as well.
The rooms were the "throw a bunch of bunk beds in a room and call it a dorm" type, rather than anything thought out for comfort and convenience. There were no shelves, outlets, or lights near the beds, so especially sleeping in the top bunk means that you'll spend the night cuddling your water bottle and phone and hoping you don't throw them on the person below. The ladders were also super rickety and I feared for my life each time. You'll also fight for outlets in the kitchen area.

It is a great friendly hostel with nice staff always happy to help and nice people staying there. The included breakfast was always good as well. Location was perfect for me near the port where I needed to be.
The dorm room was overheated as I didn't need the doona at all and in fact a sheet was barely needed. Sleeping in cold air is more comfortable and healthy I reckon and would save money and carbon emissions!

The location is good and so is the price. They help me get a lower bed at short notice and I am thankful for that. They help you with the excursions and give you good tips.
Breakfast is pretty basic.

Good location
Beds are a little bit noisy and not easy to go to the bunk.

The location was excellent. In a quiet part of town but still close enough to the main areas to walk through and enjoy. Fast and cheap laundry definitely helped after travelling for some time. The price was reasonable in a tourist heavy area at the time of year I visited. Staff were knowledgeable and helped find Western Union for me.
The beds in the dorms were squeaky and at times felt unsafe going up and down, however the beds themselves were comfortable. Noting the almost 24 hours of sunlight during summer would’ve been nice to see better quality curtains.

Friendly & helpful staff who keep clean installations, very good location also met wonderful people from all over the world, recommended!
Could use a little more variety on breakfast and maybe from earlier? for those who go on hikes or excursion early in the morning.

I really liked this place. All the staff were super helpful, very friendly, and always around. The location is perfect, right by the main street, grocery store, and water so the walkability is high. The bed was comfortable and I felt the spaces were cleaned well, and the breakfast was great! You make everything yourself but they have eggs for you, different breads, spreads, oranges (and an electric orange squeezer to make your own fresh orange juice) cereal, and the drinks were hot chocolate, tea, coffee, and warm milk. The kitchen and dining area is a great space, very open and clean and lots of options for cookware, they even have a barbecue. The common space is nice and right by the front desk so you can chat with them as well as fellow guests. To get to the rooms you have to go outside and same with getting from your room to the washrooms, I thought this would be an issue for me but it turns out it was fine. There are sockets beside every bed and the wifi is great.
