Superb

Very spacious nice house and accommodating staff. We enjoyed our stay. We also like it's peaceful sorrounding and fresh cool air in the morning.

I have a bit of an issue using the bidet on the 2nd floor as it is positioned left side instead of right.😅

The handover could have and should have been better.

The property was clean and comfortable. Location was good near facilities. However…..

The address given to us was wrong in the first place.Only recognised the property from the photos provided on the booking. Had to call the contact if we were at the correct property. The handover was inadequate and very poor.Upon booking there was no description of the property being 2 separate ones. The caretaker gave 2 sets of keys and swiftly left. When I booked the property I was under impression that it was ONE property with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

Great ambience! Great house! House is very modern, clean, complete toiletries, linens and towels! It's great for family get-togethers! Neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful! It's very near malls and establishments! Will surely come back next time! Thank you to our host!

good and pleasant but can still improve a little bit on the cleanliness

The location is very good. Just beside Serin. We like how spacious it is and well designed.

The property was not so clean. There were cobwebs and dead insects in nooks and crannies. The air conditioning units were dusty too. we requested for the housekeepers to wipe the dusts off and they were kind enough to do so.

Disappointed

DISAPPOINTED, we have been charged for a two towels worth Php 400 each. (too expensive for that quality of towel). And we have experience ghost inside the room next to the master bedroom. I will not recommend to any of my friends and relatives. Improvement required, provide a checklist of items before check-in and to counter check upon check-out.
