Excellent value, comfortable stay.

Modern property close to Shin Yokohama station. Able to book large triple room with single beds for our 3 teenagers.

お風呂に入って寝る！これが出来れば良い人には最高

2人で泊まれば1人あたり6千円ほどで泊まれる点が良かった。清潔感もあり、特に困ったことはなかったので満足している。

良かった点は綺麗でシャンプーリンスの感じは良かった。

朝食が1650円にしては、大した事もなく、ちょっと高過ぎるんじゃないかと思った。

Don’t forget to stop by at Ramen Museum!

Unlike many hotels in metro area in japan, this hotels lobby is on the first floor, which gave us so much ease to leave our luggage before checking in. It is really close to the station (shin Yokohama - Shinkansen station before reaching Shinagawa) as well as Yokohama Blue line.

Nothing. It’s a busy hotel so try to book in advance. Family room - with the three beds - get booked quickly

部屋に大きめの机があったので受験生の娘も勉強できた。

洗面台の蛇口がかなり水あかだらけ。他のホテルでは見たことがないくらい。

新横浜駅から近く、周囲にコンビニ、スタバが近く、便利。朝食が美味しい。ベッドの寝心地がいい。

たまたまかもしれないが、チェックインのとき、若い男性２人のフロントスタッフに笑顔なく、対応が事務的だった。

Clean and friendly, but a little expensive.

The entire hotel and the room was clean and the air conditioner worked very well. We were able to control everything easily. The staff is bi-lingual, but if you speak Japanese they are respectful to you. The washing machine worked well and was not expensive.

The hotel is not worth the price for what it is. It's a standard Japanese style business hotel. You can find a room of similar quality cheaper if you look around. Not too much is included with the room for the price range.

朝ごはんがとても美味しかったです。もう少し暖かいとなおいいかも

初日にタオルが準備されてなかったのと、デスクの横が剥がれていて、間を養生テープを丸めて止めてあるだけだったので、引っかかって剥がれ落ちそうだったことが残念でした。

横浜アリーナでのイベントに参加するために宿泊しました。徒歩10分程度で会場まで着くので立地は良いです。部屋は可もなく不可もなくといったところです。

チェックインした後に洗面台で手を洗ったら詰まっていた。

何ら不満なく、快適に過ごせた。アメニティー類そこそこ揃っている。

シャンプー、リンス、ボディーソープが自分には合わない。コーヒーがインスタントが残念。楽といえば楽だが、最近のホテルはドリップ式が多いですよ。アメニティーそこまで揃えたなら、入浴剤も欲しくなっちゃう。

Boa localização próximo à estação do shinkansen e JR. Walking distance do estadio Yokohama e Museu do Lamen. Duas lojas de conveniência na quadra do hotel.

Não é muito próximo do centro. Mas em 20min de metrô você está lá.

A great holiday

Located near Shin Yokohama station, just around 5-minute-walk which we could go everywhere by trains easily. Also, the very nice and enthusiastic staff, who are ready to assist us everything, made me impressed a lot.

きれいで快適に過ごせました。

朝食の量もちょうど良く天然酵母パンも美味しかった。バスタブも広く、ゆったりできた。

ケトルで湯を湧かすのに、飲み水を２階までとりに行くのが不便。飲み水用のペットボトルがサービスでおいてあると快適でした。カップに汲むのが面倒なので前にあるナチュラルローソンまで買いに行きました。
