Excelente, súper recomendable!

La propiedad era muy segura, el espacio era amplio, la cocina era completa con utensilios necesarios, los baños eran súper cómodos también y la ubicación del departamento es excelente.

Tal vez agregaría que cada unos tres días de hospedaje seguido alguien vaya a dar una limpieza sin costo cuando son más de cinco noches por ejemplo…

Loud, noisy and dirty.

Really good location. Nice with a big refrigerator.

Room was quite dirty in a lot of places. Under the bed, the ac unit also had lots of dust on it. The room needs to be fixed however, broken appliances etc. the AC unit only had one setting, on or off and was extremely loud. The windows to the street werent completely closed.

Un tres bel appartement proche de tout, centre commercial etc bon compromis pr un voyage en famille

L’emplacement au top. La proximité Metro et Brooklyn. ( via le pont) le rooftop dé l’établissement. L’équipement de lappartement

La salle de bain un peu petite avec les wc à l’interieur, le chauffage tres bruyant et les fenêtres et l’isolation phonique inexistante donnant sur la rue. Bonne à changer

Placeringen, gåafstand til mange seværdigheder og tæt på metro. Størrelse på lejlighed. Venligt personale. Vi kunne opbevare kufferter i lobbyen efter check out. Ok værdi for pengene

Vi var 6 overnattende, men der var kun redt op til 4, så vi skulle selv slå sovesofa ud, finde linned og rede sengen.

Overall good but sleeping condition not good due to couch and construction site.

Great location. Spacious apartment. Clean.

The expandable couch is not recommended for sleeping on it. We ended up putting the mattress on the floor. On top there was a construction site next door and they started each morning at 7am!

Enough space for our family of 6. Great location. Clean and tidy. We appreciated cooking facilities and had everything we needed.

Malgré les quelques aspects négatifs, nous sommes très contents de l’appartement et du séjour que nous avons passé dans

- l’emplacement à 5min du mémorial du 9/11 et de Wall Street - à 5min du metro - proche de toutes commodités : restaurant, fast food, supermarché - appartement de 30m2 très spacieux et bien équipé - literie confortable

- la propreté qui laisse à désirer dans la chambre pour le prix - extrêmement bruyant dès 5h du matin

Excellent séjour.

Emplacement exceptionnel à proximité d’une station de métro reliant directement Time Square. Quartier magnifique et très calme. Appartement spacieux, bien équipé. Deux grandes chambres dont une sans fenêtres. Nombreux rangements. Café, thé, tisanes, sel, sucre, produit vaisselle et lave-vaisselle fournis gratuitement et en libre service à la réception. Beaucoup de supermarchés autour.

Bruit de l’ascenseur dans une chambre mais pas dérangeant car fonctionnent moins la nuit ( demander peut-être un appartement ne donnant pas sur les ascenseurs). Mobiliers des salles de bain vétustes et mal agencés.

-prima en ruime studio voor 2 personen -heerlijke bedden, lekker geslapen -bank met 2 salontafeltjes en genoeg kasten om kleding op te bergen -volledig ingerichte keuken -vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel -nette badkamer -schone handdoeken werden op verzoek direct gebracht -geen last gehad van de bouwwerkzaamheden naast het hotel (maar voor je rust ga je ook niet naar NY) -goede uitvalbasis voor verkennen NY

-een volledig ingerichte keuken (2 droogdoeken waren nog handig geweest) maar geen eettafeltje met 2 stoelen in de studio! Dat begrijp ik dan eerlijk gezegd niet....

Prima, ruim, comfortabel, netjes appartement.

Het was zeer groot en de service heel goed. We hadden alleen een kleine pan en toen ik dat aangaf, kregen we meteen een nieuwe grote pan. Het mooie uitzicht vanaf het dak is een bonus.

De lift zat naast een van de slaapkamers en dat hoorde je de hele nacht door. In die slaapkamer zat ook geen raam. Direct naast het pand wordt een nieuwe wolkenkrabber gebouwd (feb 22) en dat was de hele dag door veel geluidsoverlast.

Je recommande pour localisation parfaite et un rapport qualité prix vraiment valable.

L’emplacement était extraordinairement bien placé et proche des stations de métro et lignes principales. Il était très facile d’avoir accès à des restaurants des supermarchés, les pharmacies, et attractions comme le WTC ou Statue de la liberté L’accès Time Square était à moins de 20 minutes en métro Le Personnel est très serviable et très accessible, réactif dans sa réponse J’ai personnellement dormi sur le canapé canapé et le confort était correct. Les enfants ont dormi dans le lit, et il était très confortable

Le ménage du sol est vraiment à revoir, c’est très moyen c’est le gros point a améliorer. Poussière au sol et tapis moyen et les murs tachés. Le reste des équipements, le linge était très bien du point de vue propreté L’établissement est bruyant, mais ça reste très correct

Good size, but very facilities are average at best

The size of the space was great--very big, especially for New York. Convenient location. Self check-in was easy.

The bathtub and bathroom sink were not draining properly, and the bathtub still wasn't draining properly even after someone did some work on it. One of the bathroom lights was out and there was not a working bathroom vent. The rug needs a rug pad, as it slides around every time someone walks to the door. The elevator light on our floor didn't light up so it was difficult to tell if it was broken or just slow. The room and experience definitely don't feel elevated at all.

Good value for money. A few fixes would make it great!

The position is great, at walking distance from the World Trade Center, Wall Street and the Brooklyn bridge. The flat was very spacious for us (4 adults and 1 child), and the kitchen has everything you need for a few days. It was very clean, and the staff is always willing to help, very nice and responsive.

One bathroom had a toilet leak, the other one had problems with the water in the sink not draining properly. Seems like these problems were mentioned in past reviews, so it’s unfortunate they haven’t been fixed. One of the bedrooms didn’t have any windows and got its ventilation from the building’s ventilation system, which was very loud and annoying especially during the night. Unfortunately there was nothing we could do to stop it.

Na estadia no Sonder at One Platt meu tempo foi gasto apenas com diversão, com nenhuma preocupação ou estresse relaciona

O Sonder at One Platt fica perto de diversas estações de metrô, há também a facilidade de utilizar ônibus e barcos para acessar as atrações turísticas. Há também muitos supermercados e restaurantes próximos como Chiplote, Joe’s Pizza, Dunkin' Donuts, Whole Foods Market, dentre outros. Há o Westfield Shopping e a Marshall's. O Sonder at One Platt é confortável e limpo e a equipe de atendentes é extremamente bem educada e prestativa.

Não há nada que eu não tenha gostado.

Clean and tidy but slightly dark

Apartment clean, spacious and well equipped, easy to access the attractions of New York. Plenty of places to eat close by.

Lighting in apartment was subdued as no main lights in living area or bedroom but minor issue really.

Localização e espaço

Sistema de climatização extremamente barulhento, atrapalhava o sono e camas com colchões muito “cansados” … outro assunto como lá Sonder Onde Platt está localizado em prédio de uso misto (residencial e Sonder) porteiro do residencial foi extremamente grosseiro com meu filho, somente por ele ter tocado em um arranjo de flores no balcão… friso, tocado!!!!

Overpriced

Nice location, specious and was easy to get to different subway lines. Beautiful view from the rooftop, but it closed for the season during our stay.

Apartment was old, bed was broken, complicated procedure before check in. For such a high price (even for NYC) we expected better accommodation.

Best option to stay for families and longer stays in NYC

The location was perfect. Within walking distance to ground zero, Staten Island free ferry, metro rail by Fulton takes you to time square - 42nd and other connections. Loved that the property offers luggage storage, very helpful especially with late night international flights. The apartment works for families and better than staying in time square.

Would have loved for the apartment to be cleaned during the week stay and the noise of the air conditioner was quite disturbing.

Très bien situé mais avec pas mal de contraintes de vie.

Son positionnement. Le personnel.

Les travaux toute la journée de 7h00 à 17h30. L’isolation des vitres ou le vent donc le froid entre énormément. Le chauffage par ventilation qui fait un bruit énorme. Nous avons du dormir avec les boules quiece. Présente continuel d’insectes sans le coin cuisine donc les placards.

Buena ubicación y apartamento cómodo y amplio. La cocina muy cómoda y completa

Le falta armario a la habitación para dejar la ropa. Los baños no tienen ni una percha para dejar las toallas ni mueble para dejar los productos cosméticos. El colchón del sofá cama estaba muy viejo e incómodo.

Apartamento perfecto para NYC

Un apartamento casi perfecto, con todo lo que se le pide, buen localizado para moverte a todas las zonas de NY, con un metro cercano con todas las combinaciones. Todo nuevo, cocina equipada y cama muy cómoda.

No limpian ninguna día, al final con el precio que tiene, podían hacerlo Lavabo y vater estaban un poco tarascados Te cobran una fianza de 200€ sin avisar
