Abbiamo passato una notte in questo hotel. Ottima accoglienza, la camera era pulita, accogliente. C'è l'angolo bar con la macchinetta elettrica per fare caffè, succhi di frutta, acqua e cornetti offerti dalla casa.....e abbiamo avuto anche un tavolino nel giardino sul retro.

Struttura accogliente e moderna

Camera accogliente, pulita e silenziosa. Bel bagno con bella doccia..Possibilità di recarsi in loro ristorante che si trova a 100 mt dalla struttura dove ho mangiato del buon pesce.

Avoid it if you could

Convenient street parking

We clearly understand that for €95 /per night in a 3 start hotel, we should only expect efficiency not luxury - a clean bed, bath and Toilet; a smile at welcome, quick in and quick out for 1 night stay. But in our room 7, toilet seat and toilet cover were missing (photo attached). Ceiling was with two big stains, and a ceiling AC repair hole (a human passing size) was temporarily glued/hidden by a piece of wall decor paper. This room was clearly in a out of order status (OOO). Reception was located on another street in a resturant. When we walked up to the reception again after paid, received key and found out all this (we didn't want to refund, we thought we could get room exchanged), but his answer was - he could not do anything about it. No sorry, no propose to exchange for another room. We just used this room as a camp since this was 1 night deal for us. . We never had argued during the entire conversation, but we think the host, or manager, or reception could definitely be more trained for handling such situation.

Exceptional

Accommodation was great for a one night stop over between locations. We ate in the associated restaurant 100m away from the apartment and this was fantastic, full of locals, fully booked but thankfully they accommodated us. We had a wonderful meal and enjoyed the buzz of the restaurant. Nice, privately, shared balcony with the room was good but view was limited.

Sadly the location of the hotel apartment is in a somewhat run down area but that said it is no reflection on the hotel itself, or its restaurant. Both of which were grand for the one night stop over.

The woman Daniela who checked me in, was caring, friendly and welcoming me. She made me comfortable and even asked if she could do anything in the situation that I was in, when arriving to the hotel. That counts a lot. The room was clean and just what expected from the pictures.

Decent place in a good location

Nice place, well located, quiet and clean.

There was a slight mix up with the payment, in that I already paid via booking.com but they then charged me for the room again. Once this was spotted this was resolved quickly.

Pleasant

There is no staff, the key was hidden with the plants. Communication about this was mostly in Italian. Disadvantage is that (what happened to me) when I did not pay attention when unloading the luggage of my bike the front door closed and the key was inside, There is a problem. Called the owner and he replied that he was far away. Solved in the end, This is why I normally avoid bed and breakfast or hotel by a private host. I had booked a hotel but this is clearly not a hotel.

Okay, 10 min to the train station by foot? Came late in the evening and went early in the morning.

No breakfast as I can recall. Big enough room. Veranda. Staff,

Window in the bathroom. A better fridge. ELEVATOR!!! NO ELEVATOR! Distance from the train station with alot of luggage. Check-in and out at the restaurant. ( prefer in the building, but it's understandable).

Good location

It was dirty, specially floors and toilet, overall not really look after property. It is true that the towells and the bedsheets were nice and clean and I can’t complain about it.

Good size and bright rooms

room was bright and big enough for two people. the yard was just a plus. The location is not really in old town but it's a 10min walk, which was not bad.

owner didn't speak english at all, nor responds to messages. didn't really feel like a hotel, there were no amenities.

Avoid this accommodation!!

Location was convenient for the early train. Raw fish at the owners restaurant was the only real plus. The girls at the owners restaurant all very very lovely.

There was no WiFi and we were not advised at the booking stage. When we spoke to the owner he was complacent and dismissive. He didn't even offer for us to use the restaurant WiFi. A really awful end to our trip sadly. Room was generally unclean apart from wiped over surfaces, mouldy bathroom and smell of it in the bedroom was just awful, no mosquito nets to be able to air the room and with windows you couldn't see out of, toothbrush holder that needed binning, stains on the curtains and a bed throw that looks like it's never seen a washing machine. Worst part was the owners unfriendly and unhelpful manner. We tried to cancel to move elsewhere but with a 50% cancellation fee no matter what and no WiFi to do anything about it we were stuck as it got late and an expense and no means of getting the poor situation sorted.

The shower took a very long time to warm up and the bed was a little on the hard side
