Top plek om erop uit te gaan!

Ligging is top. Ruime en schone kamers. Fantastisch ontbijt.

Zwembad wordt beheerd door combi van hotel en appartementen complex ernaast. Daar zitten veel expats. Au pairs met kinderen lopen rond en kinderen krijgen zwemles. Helft meubilair oud en weinig comfortabel. Het is allemaal oké, maar niet obv de standaarden in Dubai

Pazar hotel

A hotel pazar, az ételek is fantasztikusak. Gyönyörű, átgondolt, letisztult, de elegáns, otthonos belső design fut végig az egész épületen. A személyzet mindig mindenben segít és rendelkezésedre áll a nap 24 órájában. Elképesztően finomak voltak az ételek és minden nap volt benne változatosság reggel és este is. Az utolsó napunkon derült ki, hogy a séf volt az akivel mindvégig kapcsolatot tartottunk az étkezések alatt. Leste minden kívánságunk. Utólag is köszönjük neki ezt a gasztró utazást. A szoba is nagyon szuper. A mi apartmanunkban kád és tusoló is helyett kapott. A töltéssel sem volt probléma mert minden nagyon korszerű. Usb csatlakozó,beépített hangfalak a fürdőben is, fejzuhany, minden... A konyha is szépen felszerelt. Napi víz bekészítés volt a szobákban. A 14 emeleten található egy 16 éves kor felett látogatható medence, bárral. Csodálatos kilátással, pazar köntösben. Valamint napozó, pihenő terasz is. Kicsi de kompakt kondi terem. És a szeparált szauna és pihenő szoba. Mindennel is felszerelt. Vízbekészítés, pipere csomagok.. A Nakheel mall sétatávolságra van. Itt található a palma sziget kilátója illetve a híres Aura sky pool is. Ebben az áruházban már kedvezőbbek az árak a Dubai Mallhoz képest is. Egy gasztró piac található az aljában. Nekünk ez is nagyon tetszett. Én a környéket is szerettem és a hotelt is nagyon.

Amit a mai napig nem értek, hogy a booking oldalán is és a saját weboldalukon is a 2 felnőtt és 2 gyerek részére felajánlott 1 hálószobás apartmanba miért kell külön kérni a pótágyakat. Az első pótágy benne van az árban, azonban a következő azaz a 2 gyerek ágyáért már fizetni kell a foglalási díjon felül. Nekünk végül nem kellett, mert még előzetesen ezt leleveleztük. Szerintem ez inkább 2 felnőttre szabott szoba, mert mindenből a konyhában is csak 2 volt. Amit ugyan nem használtunk az ellátás miatt. Amúgy a pótágyak szépen elfértek a nappaliban és így is volt hely. Szóval ezt sem mondanám negatívnak inkább jobb előre erre odafigyelni, ha gyerekekkel érkezel vagy két szobát választani.

חדר גדול ומודרני מלון יפה צוות מאוד אכפתי ושירותי

היציאה הרגלית לכיוון הקניון קצת קשה חבל שאין מדרגות או משהו הניקיון היה טעון שיפור בהתחלה - כשעשינו צק אין השירותים לא היו נקיים וגם השולחנות, בברז יצא לנו מים צהובים וכשהגיעו מהאחזקה נטען כי זה לא השתמשו במשך כמה ימים מה שהיה תמוהה כי הרי צריכים לנקות לפני הצק אין שלנו אך במהלך הימים הבאים ניקו טוב כל יום את החדר

Loved it!

We stayed in an one bedroom apartment with a baby of 5 months. It was very clean with enough space for our family and with a well equiped kitchen and a generous bathroom and bed . The breakfast was very good and as for their restaurants we tried only the The Locale,but we were pleased with the choices we made. I highly recommend this hotel !

all staff members were extremely helpful. front desk team helped us to amend & change the booking room service helped in requests related to the cottage & replacing bed covers after the child spilled food on it restaurant team, etc all were extremely helpful and that was the most we liked about the whole place

Staff were all amazing, the room was spotlessly clean, food wonderful, private beach was beautiful

Expensive and didn't like the windows only opened 2 inches. It would have been nice to have some fresh air.

Very good!

Our experience at the hotel was very good. We stayed in the apartment part and it was very comfortable for both short and long stays. It is a convenient hotel with direct access to the rooms from the lobby and close proximity to the pools. Having common areas with families living in the near residence allowed us to have a local experience. Undoubtly, the nicest thing that made our holiday extremely good was the hotel staff. I would like to thank especially Mr. Alper and Ms. Elnura, who are food supervisors, and Mr. Ramadan at the reception for their good and sincere gestures and help. We felt like at home. We would love to come back to Dubai and stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay a lot!

The location is great, next to the beach, a big mall with monorail station on the other side of the street. The room had a well thought-out layout with a divider between sleeping and living area and a well equipped kitchen. The bed was comfortable. Absolutely no sounds from other guests‘ rooms. Everything was clean. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff was very friendly. The pool was heated and just amazing. There’s a small, but well-stocked supermarket on site. The pool restaurant had a relaxed atmosphere, excellent service and delicious food options as well.

Everything was fine! A small amount of dishwashing liquid and dishcloth in the kitchen would be a great addition.

Excellent stay, great food!

Everything was great. The food was excellent, a lot of choices (both breakfast and dinner), including a lot of stuff for children (with no salt for example). The apartment was really nice, we needed an extra bed and we were not charged for it. The cleaning services were outstanding, every day the room was cleaned and the towels were changed. The staff of the hotel was very nice and helpful. The swimming pool was great, the water was heated (perfect even for kids). We’ve had the best experience here at this hotel and we are already planning on coming back soon.
