The place was beautiful, honestly, I have been to so many Airbnb and hotel rooms but every time I read about the cleanliness was great in those places it wasn't, but this place was great. the place is very well maintained and cleaned. The location is a great place, you can see the ocean from the living room and the first bedroom which is a perfect morning to wake up to. the only thing is if you have heavy luggage it takes a bit to take it up to the 3 level unless I did not find the lift. overall, I loved the place

The staircase that lead to the apartment is a bit long

Nice clean place

Neighbours had a noisy dog barking all day and the owner said they can't do anything about that. Maybe let people know in the description that there are noisy dogs/ Neighbours you have zero control over because you own one room in a big complex. Another thing. The TV was not user friendly. Unable to watch TV only free to air channels

the views were amazing & good central location to town & other supermarkets.

The kitchen items were a little poor. We didn’t cook but had we wanted to - plates & pots, pans, frypans could be improved. Also would have been a nice touch if there were some teas, coffee pods & sugar left for guest use. The cupboard doors in the main bedroom were not working & perhaps the blinds need replacing with something other than venetian’s to catch the views & breeze & be able to leave the doors open at night. Flyscreens too perhaps. Since there are no fans. The apartment was comfy but a little dated.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property others.

Views were amazing.close to everything,spacious,nice balcony,air con.Had laundry facilities.

Not enough mugs,beds were very comfy but a bit creaky not a criticism just an observation.

nothing! two sets of stairs can be much with a little one and luggage but all good. definitely get a car to enjoy your stay and get into airlie beach easily

We had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the holidays.

The apartment is quite spacious and we loved the view. The beds were comfy and there are useful facilities like washing machine, hair dryer etc. The location is close to shops although without a car it would be very hard to move around.

Cockroaches! The place needs a proper pest control. Neighbours downstairs were noisy. Also, we had to buy pretty much everything. The supplies are very basic.

Great 2 bedroom apartment, very welcoming.

Very clean and spacious apartment. Everything you need to settle in and have a great time. Good walking distance to supermarkets and a cheap taxi ride to Airlie Beach.

Great easy accommodation with a lovely view.

The location was great and the view was lovely. The apartment was roomy and kitchen was awesome.

The stairs if you have a lot to carry up, and the outside of the building is dated but definitely worth it for the view and the apartment inside.

An outstanding view, not matched by its residence

Good view from apartment!

The location: 1. At the top and end of apartments on a hill, taxis mostly said they wouldn't drive up there. 2. Surrounded by private houses, some of which had parties and kept us late at night (especially when WE were asked not to make noise after 9pm In the rules and policies). 3. & Unfortunately, my partner got bitten from bed bugs from the mattress, so she didn't like that. Mattress needs replacing.

We liked the view and the apartment was clean. Lounge and beds were comfortable. Check in was easy with keys in a locked box and instructions arriving the day before.

strong smell of cigarettes when we entered the stairwell of the complex. (not in the apartment though) only 3 bath towels left for 4 people. Nespresso style coffee machine but no pods left with it.

Email on how to get there arrived day after we did. Rang property for directions guy pretty annoyed I didn’t read email. On arrival pretty disappointing on overall appearance, other units car park full of run down cars, unit had most things you need, e.g. washing machine and dryer with laundry powder, dishwasher with liquid available, nice China and cutlery Toilet paper ran out before we left had to buy more, fridge we could hear water leaking, aircon was rattling, beds really uncomfortable, cheaper option would rather pay more for more upmarket property,
