The Neighborhood:
Our house is in a quiet residential neighborhood, and most of our neighbors have children and/or jobs. Do NOT park in the yard, please follow all parking instructions provided by the host. Our neighbors are great to us, and we try to be good neighbors, too! We ask that guests not throw large parties or have music our other outside noise past 8:30 p.m. Certainly, we love for families to come together and fellowship, but we do NOT allow large raucous parties that would disturb our neighbors. If you are wanting to have a larger gathering, just check with us. It may be fine for this house, or we may recommend another property in the area that would be a better fit for you.
Getting Around:
Our house is in a great residential neighborhood, but unfortunately doesn’t have the best public transportation, so we recommend that you either plan to drive or take a taxi/Lfyt/Uber. If you have questions about coordinating transportation, we are always happy to help and make recommendations.
Other Things to Note:
***A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.***
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
Our neighbor next door is sensitive to parties.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
Interaction with Guests:
We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. House was nice and clean upon arrival. We came down to visit our soldier who was graduating basic training at Fort Jackson. We were only 15 min from the base, which made travel back and forth convenient. The house itself was 2 stories, with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Living room and kitchen was big enough for everyone to move around. Overall, it was a good experience.

We enjoyed the house a lot. The beds were comfortable, the spaces were roomy and everything was pretty self explanatory. My only frustration was the lack of drinkware and pans. We only had one large skillet, 3 cups, and one decent sized bowl to mix pancake batter in.

Great service, the host were amazing! My family and I really enjoyed the stay!

The property looks like it’s new a modern, I love that. The area looked a little run down, lots of activity, screaming, loud talking from neighbors. Cars driving by too fast. Shooting near by around midnight thankfully it was our last night there.
Interior of the house is very accommodating, needs a really deep cleaning, floors need to be swept and probably mop, table was not wiped down. Stove very dirty. I bought a new coffee maker and left there for others to used, the one there was very filthy. Some fresh paint could be done through out the inside. House was accommodating for what we needed for our stay.

Overall enjoyed our stay. My wife and kids loved it and it was the getaway we needed. I would recommend this place to any of my friends visiting the Columbia area!

We stayed while waiting for a home at Jackson. It’s about 10-15 min away. It’s close to everything you’d need. Starbucks right up the road! The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the construction and the yard isn’t fenced but otherwise everything else was great!

Overall the place was great. Only drawback was the construction going on behind it which could not be helped, made for fun parking! Very clean, mgmt was very accessible and check in check out was great.

We requested a cancellation of our 2 night stay within 3 minutes of our booking prior to any funds being taken and they refused.
Once we arrived, we were not comfortable with the surrounding community and they still refused any refund. We left a day early and didn’t spend our second night in the home.
The house is nice. The living room furniture are very uncomfortable futons. One bedroom upstairs has beds that are falling apart.

Perfect location for visiting my son at Fort Jackson. It’s literally down the road and close to downtown.
The house was exactly what we needed for mom, dad, both grandmas, brother, and sister in law for a nice and comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again if I ever make it back to Columbia.

The property was excellent. The dishes was very dirty and it would of been nice if tvs were in the bedrooms. Overall stay was great!! A park was in distance walk and convenient stores.

Property description needs to be reviewed
The property manager was very helpful. However the house is very dirty and needs to be cleaned. We did not stay here and would recommend the pictures be retaken as the furniture is different and a lot of stains in the carpet. It’s no longer a new build. Lot of wear and tear of the house. The towels on the bed were still wet.

One night stay for a concert
The house was brand new and had everything that we needed. The neighborhood was close to downtown which was nice. The neighborhood has some run down housing near by but we felt safe.

New home in area being revitalized
Overall happy with staying in this brand new home vs hotel on a busy Parent's weekend; efficient & clean. It was very nice having access to a full kitchen with large table, washer/dryer in laundry room and attached garage was a bonus. The field behind the house was peaceful and full of geese one morning; will likely be developed when we return.
