About this apartment rental

Nestled in the rolling hills of Elkhorn Village, Sun Valley, is our ground-level 471 sq. ft. tiny condo. You will be able to cook your gourmet meals in the full-size kitchen. As you climb to your loft, you will sleep comfortably in a queen-size bed, which is above a queen-size master bed. These cozy sleeping quarters will allow your family and friends to be comfortable in an affordable accommodation.

Each season offers a wonderful experience in the Ketchum/Sun Valley area. In the winter months, the heated underground parking is going to give you a quick start to hit the slopes. Or if you prefer, hop on the free city bus to any of the three ski lodges in the town of Ketchum.

If you are visiting Sun Valley during the summer months, you will find the Elkhorn Village amenities: golf, tennis courts, pickleball courts, pool and hot tub and sauna, within a five-minute stroll.

The Harker Center pool is open daily from Memorial Day to Labor Day, 11:00 am – 7:00 pm. It is a five-minute drive from the Tiny Condo. The Harker Center pool has a lifeguard, diving board, hot tub, and kiddy pool. The Village Pool is open during ski season from 3:00-10:00 with amenity pass that will be provided.

Only had one night but it was a perfect location and the pool was wonderful!

We stayed a few nights over the MLK long weekend. Nancy was very informative and reached out proactively to make sure all questions were answered and logistics sorted before we arrived. Location is great and you can take shuttles (or drive) to the Sun Valley ski resorts. Will def stay here again if we return!

This tiny condo was a very enjoyable place to stay in Sun Valley! It was very clean, tidy, and organized. The space around the condo was also very clean, including the parking garage, which is a short walk away from the apartment. Overall, we has a very pleasant experience and were satisfied with the property.

The Condo in Elkhorn Village was exactly what we hoped for and we can't wait to stay there when we visit Sun Valley next year. Clean, efficient and comfortable. Wonderful value too!

We got what we needed out of the tiny condo. We were able to do laundry and cook some meals while enjoying the area. Our only issue was that our truck wouldn’t fit in the parking garage but the owner was immediate in her response to offer suggestions and it all worked out.

The directions to the condo were spot on, so thanks for that! The condo fit us and our two teens comfortably. The place was super clean and I was able to do a couple loads of laundry before we continued on to our next adventure. Thanks for the great stay!

The tiny condo had everything we needed for a quick trip. My kids loved the upstairs bunk space. I appreciated the full kitchen and large bathroom space. The pool was our favorite!

Two adults/two children (15, 13) we all enjoyed staying in the tiny condo for our first visit to Idaho. It had everything we needed/wanted (washer/dryer, full kitchen, living room space). The communication from the host was terrific and the book with how to and what to see was easy to follow and spot on with recommendations for what to see, do, and eat. Thank you!

We enjoyed our six nights day in the small cottage. The cottage was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Having a small washer and dryer was very helpful since we had dirty clothes from hiking. We enjoyed watching the magpies in the community. The cottage was a short drive from Ketchum. The town had wonderful shops and restaurants and not a fast food chain or box store insight! Thank you for a wonderful vacation at the Sun Valley Cottage.

We had a great stay at the Tiny Condo. It is small but the kitchen is well outfitted and it is in a wonderful location. Communication was excellent with our hosts and we would definitely plan to return one day!

Although I was staying for a work trip, I noticed how conveniently located this place was for recreation. I was slightly disappointed I had to work each day as I drove past the ski lift within walking distance from this VRBO. As for the digs, it was the perfect amount of space and accommodation for me, and I particularly enjoyed how quiet it was.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Tiny Condo, it was perfect for my wife and me prior to a full day of snowshoeing at Galena Lodge. The condo was clean, well-apportioned, comfortable, efficient, and easy to access. We hope to stay there again in the future!

Perfect for my husband and I. Since we both get up several times a night and there was not enough room to get out on the one side of the bed, he slept in the loft. The loft had just enough room for him to sit up. There was enough light with several night lights for this 77 year old man to make it down to the bathroom. Both beds were comfortable. We didn't realize until our last night that the loveseat pulls out into a bed - may have been a better option for us. Very clean condo with a well stocked kitchen for cooking. Nice big bathroom with a nice shower and plenty of towels. Great location. Very happy to have a covered garage. Good price for the accomodations. We'll be back.

This was absolutely perfect for what we needed.. Enough bed space, spacious bath, and really cute kitchen. And the location was perfect - walking distance to pool, tennis complex, and the bus stop that that travels to all areas of Sun Valley and Ketchum. And best of all, the bus is free. No, wait a minute, best of all the price is reasonable; getting into the unit was a piece of cake, and the owner/manager could not have been nicer.

Tiny Condo Perfect for Active Guests

My husband & I stayed 2 weeks in this tiny condo. We had a very active vacation—skiing & snow shoeing most days. The kitchen is efficient & I cooked several dinners easily. It was really nice to have a heated garage—we kept our skis & poles in the car & took off for the slopes in a warm car. The location is excellent—a short, 10 minute drive to the River Run base. It is tiny—maybe best suited for a small family, one couple, or young skiers looking for a convenient, clean place to rest/sleep. The host was exceptionally responsive as we had a minor issue at the start of our stay. They solved our problem & responded quickly to our text messages. I highly recommend this condo!
