About this house rental
Four bedroom two bath home on the water! Located in a fantastic neighborhood less than a mile to beaches and restaurants. This house has all the modern amenities you would hope for while on vacation. This is a single level home with a modern design and open floor plan and is full equipped with all the comforts of home. House has a great layout for families with small children to be close but not too close. There are two bedrooms on either side of the home giving everyone their own space. Also, there are bikes and a tabletop video game with 60 vintage games to keep the kids busy!

We stayed at this house for 5 nights with our 3 kids. We had a great experience. The kids absolutely loved the pool and the house was the perfect size for all of us. We also enjoyed using the bikes and really appreciated all of the beach equipment available for use. Mike, the owner, was super responsive and helpful with all of our questions. Definitely recommend this property for anyone planning a trip to the island!

The property was exactly as described on the website - very clean, nicely decorated, great lay out, wonderful pool/patio space. Michael was an excellent host - he checked in ahead of time to answer questions and gave recommendations for things to do during our stay. He was also available for questions while we were there (though we really had no issues pop up during our stay as everything was in great shape for us.) Would absolutely stay here again!

I recently rented this house for a week while I was visiting Marco Island with my two adult children. The house looks just like it's pictures; modern, updated and clean. We spent most of our time sitting out by the pool. The house is on a quiet street. Everything went well and we had a lovely time.

Overall we had a good stay. Mike was very accommodating and proactive in communication about anything happening on the property we needed to be aware of. I gave it 4 stars because we noticed a musty smell throughout the house, but seemed to get better once we changed the air filter. The pool was unbelievably deep for children, even adults, the pool fence was great to have for our kids. Super easy to put up too! All beach amenities were fantastic and used numerous times at our stay.

Lovely home and layout, just right for families!
We had a great stay here. We came with my parents (retired), our three kids (10 and under), and my sister. There was enough space and privacy for everyone, a kitchen well stocked, a garage full of gear, a very walkable neighborhood with plenty to do, and our host Mike was responsive to all of our questions.

Family spring break
We had a great time on our vacation in Marco Island. The house was wonderful and had enough room for 3 children (ages 7-13) and 3 adults. The house was clean, well-maintained and comfortable. It is in a great location and was an easy bike ride to the beach. We had a great time using the pool, the bikes, the paddle boards and all of the beach equipment. Mike was an excellent host- so responsive and easy going. He even surprised us with a gift of chocolate pretzels! We would love to return and rent with Mike again!

Great New Year’s stay!!
We stayed in Mike’s house for 5 nights over the New Year holiday. Beautiful newly updated house and great amenities. The pool was nice. There were paddle boards to use which was really nice. There were also chairs, umbrella and a wagon to use at the beach. Everything was very clean. Would definitely stay again!

Family Trip for Wedding
This property was the perfect location for the family wedding we were attending at the JW Marriott close enough but far enough away to have a separate space to relax! Our host was beyond responsive and helpful and always quick to answer any questions we had!

Marco Island Getaway
My family had an excellent time. Property was very spacious and clean. Layout if house was amazing. Location was a short 5 min drive to the beach. House was fully equipped with towels, linens, kitchen supplies and a garage full of beach items. We enjoyed the dock which was excellent for fishing. The pool was relaxing. Mike was the greatest. Very responsive and pleasent communicator. I would recommend this home to anyone for a relaxing getaway. 🏖☀️

Great place to stay on Marco
Nice 4BR property within easy bike ride to beach access. Having bikes, beach stuff, etc available to use with the property was also nice. Mike/owner was extremely proactive and responsive in making sure check-in went smoothly, everything going well during our stay, things to do, etc. Overall we had a great time!

Spacious and peaceful
We had a wonderful stay. The home was lovely and the floor plan was great for my husband and I with our two teens. The beds were comfortable and there were lots of extras for us to use. The pool was an amazing way to wind down after a full day of excursions. Thank you Mike!

We stayed at this property for the first week of March, 2021. 4 couples/ 8 Guests were in our party, and the four bedroom - two bath layout worked great for us. One bathroom is shared between two bedrooms, so you have to pass through a bedroom to get to it, the other is near the kitchen. When we arrived the house was clean and organized, and the property is well maintained.We came to Florida for the beach and the sun, but as Minnesotans we needed to get out of the direct sun for part of each day so the pool was a huge bonus to us. The sliding doors from the kitchen and living room into the pool area make it feel like one large space to gather in. There is a dock off the back of the property into the canal. The host, Mike, let us know that we could use the paddle boards in the garage at our leisure. They are large enough for 2 people and very stable, so everyone was able to enjoy them. Probably one of the best parts of our trips was spent on the boards out in the canal where we got to see dolphins swimming up close on multiple days. As for the location of this house, it's proximity to the beach was pretty good. We thought we would walk it, pulling the wagon along with the beach supplies, but it is a good 20 minutes each way, so instead we drove two cars to Maple street across from the beach access and dropped off 6 people and the beach supplies - then two people would park back at the house and ride bikes to the beach (we packed a bike lock). The bike ride is maybe 7 minutes, so it saved everyone time and saved on paying a parking fee for two cars every day.As for staying on the island, there was plenty to do. We went on a paddle boat ride, kayaking in the mangroves, on a catamaran ride to a beach off the mainland and ate at plenty of different restaurants. We never drove more than 15 minutes to do anything.Highly recommend staying here, Mike was a terrific host! He made sure our needs were met and gave us recommendations before we arrived.

Family Vacation
My wife and I took our 3 adult kids and their significant other’s to Marco Island and absolutely had a great time! The house was set up perfect for the 8 of us. Having bicycles and beach accessories included was great! Michael, the homeowner, was super! He also gave some good advice on things to do and see since this was our first trip to Marco Island. Highly recommend this property and Marco Island!

amazing house + perfect location!
We were BEYOND impressed with this place and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Marco island. Mike (owner) was so helpful in the planning process and even went as far to purchase a high chair + bike trailer for our two girls. We had mentioned it upfront that it'd be nice to have and he said it'd be no problem to purchase. Talk about accommodating! He was very easy to communicate with via VRBO messaging + text and constantly checked in to make sue we were all set with everything we needed and comfortable. The layout is perfect for families with young children (a ranch so no steps) and easy to close off the pool area for safety if needed. The grill and outdoor dining was a bonus as well. We really could not have asked for a better stay and will certainly be back next year. Again, I cannot say enough good things about our experience here!

Island paradise for work and play
We traveled to Marco Island in early December to escape the cold. It was the perfect house to host our work and play schedule for two weeks! The home's spaciousness and reliable wifi allowed all four of us to work and e-learn simultaneously. Yet all the great amenities made us feel like we were on vacation. Michael is a fabulous home host. Responds promptly to questions/procedures and checked in with us throughout to make sure all was to our liking. Too many wonderful house features to list but my personal favorite were the sliding doors in the great room that opened to a beautiful lanai and canal view. We will definitely be back! Thank you.
