We had a fantastic stay! The house was in a perfect location for our weekend of hiking, boating, and visiting downtown Asheville. The home was well stocked per the description and the rental team was very helpful and responsive.

We really loved the house! Super clean and well-equipped! Game room is awesome!

Our group absolutely loved this house. The house itself had everything you could hope for: well-stocked kitchen, big open common space, tons of game options downstairs and nice bedroom size/amenities. We mostly utilized the outdoor patio space as we lucked out on the most perfect weather, and also enjoyed a bonfire on the final night. Location was super easy to get to downtown and the Biltmore, and close to a grocery/restaurants as well. We would highly recommend this host and hope to back again in the future.

family and friends joined to celebrate a milestone birthday and visit Asheville. Downtown isn't far nor the other Asheville neighborhoods. Game room was perfect for our evening hang outs.

This home was a well appointed starting and ending point for enjoying downtown Asheville eats and events, Biltmore Outing and even a train ride from Bryson City. Very clean with lovely bedrooms, entertaining and play area for adults and little ones It was chilly or we would have taken advantage of the backyard and porch more! Great outdoor dining for snacks or breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was great and so was the location! Very close to downtown and it was very easy to get Ubers to and from the house. Noelle was very quick to respond to all of my questions and requests and she was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the house and it’s location. You can Uber downtown and just enjoy Asheville. Noelle was awesome with helping us and she responded quickly. We really enjoyed staying here!

The house was just as nice as it was advertised. The recreation room was great, but it was super cold down there, as there is no central AC/heating system. There is one full bath on the ground floor/recreation room, which was a little uncomfortable to shower in because of how cold it was. Otherwise, everything was as expected.

The only bedroom that is en-suite is the master. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms on the main floor share a hall bath. The 3rd bath is located in the basement which does not have central heat/air. It was very cold in the basement. When text was sent to inquire about additional portable heaters to make the bathroom usable. The response was that it was part of the "mountain experience lol". Basement breakers tripped without any additional electrical demands. I am not an electrician and asked about this and was told that "outlets dont just stop working".
Kitchen without Keurig, paper towels, missing knob on stove, bring additional cookie sheet and kitchen towels.
Upstairs bedroom is on a minisplit and there are no bathrooms on this level.
TV in the living area would not connect to wifi. This was mentioned to owner(?) starting Friday and was not addressed.
The basement TV would connect to WIFI but as mentioned was very cold. There was a small wall heater and an oscillating heater that were not sufficient for the temp and room size. When asked about this owner(?) stated that they had not previously had a complaint about the basement being cold. I then told them that I would go and buy additional heaters for the basement. I was told to wait that they would order heaters. When it was determined that additional heaters would not be delivered in a timely manner I was told that they would reimburse me the cost of the heaters. I declined as I did not leave the heaters. If renting during cold months I would advise bringing additional heaters if you do not want to interrupt your visit for a Walmart run.
The good, matresses are firm. I hope this info is helpful to potential renters as I would have liked this information before renting.

This great vacation experience started well before we got there due to Noelle’s great communication with us and making sure everything was ready! She always responded to text’s promptly and was very friendly. The house was perfect for us with all the games in the game room which is where most of our time was spent when we were in the home (not sleeping). The location was another plus as it was close to everything we wanted to do, but yet the house was not in a busy area. The only things that could be improved on would be more comfortable seating in the living room and at the kitchen table and adding tv’s in the bedrooms. But those things would not stop us from coming back!

Everything was great except the spider-webs in upstairs bedroom--not much for paper towels --no kleenex and a minimal amount of toilet paper.

Lovely game style experience
Stayed with my family for a surprise for my mom. It was lovely, the beds were super comfortable, the kitchen and area were very clean. It was a little smaller than I was expecting, but fit our tall family without difficulty. Only thing was, 2 full baths on main floor with 3 beds, 1 full bath downstairs, and one bed on the top floor. But the manager was great, very responsive to any issues we may have had. Overall, it was a great stay.

Great Home, Close to Asheville, Yet Private
We rented this home for my Dad's birthday weekend. Perfect space for a large family - everything felt new and nicely decorated. Well-stocked kitchen and super fun game room. The best part of this home is that it feels private (huge yard with firepits and outdoor games) yet is less than 10 minutes from downtown Asheville. Absolutely perfect spot for our getaway.

We had a great trip and loved the central location to everything. The downstairs was a big hit with the kids. Nice house and comfortable beds.

Great house for a group
We went with 4 couples. The house was in a great location, not far to Asheville city center. We took advantage of the kitchen and cooked in one night. It was well equipped. We enjoyed all the amenities, the pool table and the fire pit out front. Everyone had a blast!

Great home and perfect for families!
We loved our stay here. It was a rainy summer weekend in Asheville and we were still able to enjoy the outdoors under the covered patios. The swings and picnic tables were the perfect hang out spot for great conversation and meals.
We had 2 young kids and they loved the basement! The playroom kept them entertained for hours. Ideal for families! We also enjoyed a fire in the fire pit and running around in the big yard.
Great place thanks to the wonderful property!

Great Property
We just left & had a wonderful time. The location was central to a lot of the hiking we did & is super close to downtown Asheville. The house was very clean & well stocked. Everything was comfortable and in good working order. We would stay here again. I do want to mention that the steps going into the house are steep & grandparents or those with bad knees may have a hard time going up and down. Also, the gameroom/garage isn't heated with the rest of the house. My kiddos (ages 3-7) still loved playing down there but it was still cool, even with the mini-heaters running. Thanks!!

What a fun getaway!
We rented this house for the weekend with friends and it was perfect! The house is has so much to do. Our kids played downstairs all day. The property was fun to explore and had excellent outdoor areas. The kitchen was well stocked which made it easy to cook meals. The proximity to downtown and the Biltmore was great! You can tell the owner put a lot of thought into thinking of everything for the guests. We will definitely look at booking this house again in the future.

Family Fall Break
The house was wonderful. Nice rooms, comfortable beds. Mostly well stocked with soap, cleaning supplies (except no broom), iron, and kitchen items. We were only provided 1 small roll of toilet paper per bathroom (3) with no extra provided, which went quickly for a family of 7. 2 fire pits with wood provided was an added bonus. We did not use the grill, but it looked nice. Lovely playroom with pool, ping pong and large connect 4. Small play area if you have small children was very cute. Our first 2 communications with Noelle were quickly answered and she was very nice. Then we had an issue with the door lock and contacted Noelle as instructed several times with a call (voicemail was full) and several texts. She did not respond at all. Overall our family enjoyed our stay and we would definitely recommend!

Perfect family spot
Such a nice BIG property with tons of outdoor space for all of the kids to run around. The game room was a perfect place to hang out after hiking all day - for the teens and parents! The fire pit is huge and perfect for s’mores. Great house all around with everything you will need for a mountain getaway. Close to Asheville and surrounding hiking

All the games
We really enjoyed this spot. Tons of games downstairs which for us definitely got a lot of our time. Easy access to property and a short drive to downtown and golf courses. Would definitely stay again!

Great place, great game room, really enjoyed it
The place was exactly as described. All the rooms were clean, mattresses comfortable, well set up for cooking - just a great place. Close to Downtown Asheville, Chimney Rock, Bat Cave, etc. Would not hesitate to stay here again!!!

Perfect Family Meet-Up
We had a wonderful stay at the house. It had everything we needed for our group of 7 of various ages--from children to grandparents. The house was clean and spacious and the game-room provided fun activities when we were not exploring Asheville.
We used the larger firepit for making s'mores and the well-equipped kitchen was utilized when we took turns preparing meals. We especially enjoyed the square table for 8 so that we could enjoy conversations as we gathered to eat.
We appreciated our guest contact, Noelle, who was helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for our family's destination-Christmas!
6.0
Amenities lacking
The house is nice but not worth the price- and the amenities do not justify the price. Beds, linens, and kitchen nice, clean and comfortable.
Large porch good for warmer weather.
4th bedroom is upstairs by itself with no bathroom and there is a full bathroom in the basement with no beds.. so master has bath and then other 3 bedrooms use one hall bath. Full basement bath is inconvenient to all bedrooms. The house sleeps 8, has 3 bathrooms, but no place to hang towels in 2 of the bathrooms.
Grill was not clean and had empty gas tank and we planned burgers for 1st dinner...so we changed plans. The yard is too sloped for anticipated activities.
Foosball table had broken pieces so was not usable and the pool table slopes so the balls roll to the middle. We planned on using the fire pits but one was full of yard brush and neither had any seating. Cornhole was homemade and not real functional and horseshoe pits only had 3 horseshoes. Because we had 5 boys, the amenities are what drew us to this particular house, but most of them (except ping pong)were disappointing.

AMAZING place to stay in the Asheville area
This is the perfect property for a weekend in Asheville! It's extremely close to downtown, and yet it's far enough away that it's peaceful and quiet. The house is beautifully decorated, has a ton of room for guests, and has the most amazing game room, complete with an adorable children's play area. We greatly enjoyed spending evenings out by the fire and mornings swinging on the front porch with our coffee. I highly recommend renting this space-you won't be sorry!

Beautiful place and perfect location!
This place was amazing!! Brand new beautiful and clean! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked even with cleaning supplies and paper products!! Only 10-15 from anywhere in Asheville but nestled on the bottom of a mountain so you still felt like you were In a cabin in the woods. The game room and children’s play room was perfect for my family as we have smaller children. We used the grill which worked perfectly and swung on the deck chairs in the mornings. The driveway was extremely easy to get into as well. I can’t say enough good things about this place and I would love to stay again!
