This delightful townhouse has been charmingly renovated to an extremely high standard, retaining many of its original features such as exposed wooden beams and stone walls.
On the ground floor there is a lovely open-plan living/dining/kitchen area and an interior courtyard where there is a plunge-pool and a shaded seating area - ideal for a cool drink. There is also a separate TV/sitting room with air conditioning
Lleo 11 has three terraces, one on the ground floor with a barbecue and the plunge pool, a larger dining terrace on the first floor and a sun-drenched second floor terrace with sun loungers on the roof. The views from this terrace are stunning.
There are four bedrooms on the first and second floors, 2 very large double rooms and 2 good-sized, characterful twin rooms. Two of the bedrooms are en-suite and the other two have separate bathrooms. The bedding and towels are of the highest quality
This is very much a home from home rental property. It is extremely comfortable, exquisitely finished and centrally located. Ideal for a relaxing holiday at any time of the year. It is also suitable for cyclists as there is space to store bikes
