Overall a decent hotel that is clean alwith a good restaurant.

Restaurant food was very good. Clean bathroom. Bed was comfortable.

Chair at desk was very uncomfortable hard plastic. Staff were not that great. No greeting when I came. Had to wait 5 mins before I was acknowledged.

Exceptional

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. the beds were particularly comfortable with exceptional linens. the restaurant was fantastic with delicious food and friendly service. we stayed there twice in July and were very pleased both times. One of our rooms had a kitchenette which was a bonus.

A very nice stay. We would definitely stay again.

The location was very central to everything. A nice , quiet location also.

We were there for three nights, but did not have our room refreshed with fresh towels or trash/recycling emptied. After our stay, I enquired of the hotel and they apologized for the miscommunication.

Very nice room, helpful and friendly staff both in the restaurant and the front desk.

Breakfast was very good. Had Yukon Sourdough Waffles for the first time, great. Also enjoyed the Eggs Benedict

Lunch and Dinner menu could be a better with regards to the selection. Especially with regards to the Canadian Comfort Mains selection.

Great place to stay if you are exploring central Whitehorse and starting or ending a local adventure

Good location in accessing the riverfront and nearby attractions (even in winter). The room was a good size and the bathroom was clean and bright. Front desk staff were polite and friendly. The restaurant was always busy but we did not manage to make our way down. Would have liked to have tried the breakfast.

The window coverings were private, but did let in a bit of light, which is only problematic if you are a light sleeper. Regardless, we would still recommend staying here.

Feels like staying in Russian hostel

The ambiance was like a take on a modern prison cell. The walls were Paper thin. Woken all night by random thuds and thunks all round. The hallways were neon orange with blaring lights which felt like i was in a dystopian hellscape. The room, while clean, was spare and sparse to an uncomfortable degree. Somebody had a vision for this place but missed the mark with a complete lack or charm, coziness or warmth. SUCH a waste of money.

Clean quiet and relaxing

The rooms are spotless every time, this is the only hotel in Whitehorse I can say that for.

The lighting at the mirror is dim and shadowy making it difficult to do makeup, the ladies will notice this for sure.

Definitely would stay at the Raven Inn again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were modern, clean and quiet.

The property seemed to lack adequate parking and no exercise facilities.

Exceptional

This hotel is very new and sleek and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. The room was spacious and bed was pretty comfortable. Nice big windows and minimalism decor.

The issues I had were minor ones. The bathroom sink lacks space to spread your stuff out, which is always annoying. And there was construction going on next door. At first, they tried to put me in a room right next to the construction, but I requested a change, and they were really accommodating and gracious about it. The cafe looks great, although I didn't eat there because there were no gluten free options, but the staff there were so nice.

Modern, clean and bright accommodation in a good location.

The Raven Inn is new and modern and bright. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. There’s a nice little restaurant on the main floor. We felt very comfortable during our six-day stay there.

Somewhat good but Not great.

Like the location, the new adaptions of tech for safety, the restaurant. it is quite clean. the kitchen is appropriate for family.

I don’t like the parking space- too tight. there is not enough towels for us, no electric kettle, shower is not good- there is very small or tiny water out. not good.

Nice Stop in Whitehorse

Clean and spacious rooms, the staff was very helpful as we had some issues to fix. Good wifi and plenty of parking available - located in walking distance to the towns attractions

Price was a bit high, but hey, it is the Yukon...

We had an excellent vacation in Whitehorse and the Raven Inn made our stay that much more enjoyable!

Room service is reasonably priced and food is very good. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

I was disappointed with covid restrictions still in place. Could not use guest laundry facility, no housekeeping provided.
